This monstrosity of a pizza was delivered to me. I did take the only edible piece and give it to my son while I called. The girl who answered the phone was so beyond snappy and rude. She said I could return the pizza for a new one or get a gift certificate. I told her that my 2 yo was eating the piece of pizza and she said I had no choice but to take a gift certificate because he was eating the pizza. Well that doesn’t help us not having edible food for tonight for everyone else. We also have Covid so they couldn’t accept the pizza back anyways and if they would take it back that’s super concerning. My BIL called back after our phone conversation because it’s unacceptable and I’m too sick to even pick up my head and the girl was extremely rude to him as well. This is so consistent with this location. Truly awful service and it always seems like the food is gross. This is the final straw.

Ordered an Alfredo chicken bowl. The level of cheap stingyness is infuriating. I used to order here frequently but will switch to the many other option. Quality went down the tubes.

Be careful where you park…you may get threatened by the employee’s….I know it sounds crazy…as was the situation I dealt with 3 weeks ago…smfh and I was the sole customer at the moment of picking up my order !!! Food has gone down hill again….and I’m sure I know why….certain employee’s need to be gone !!!

The chicken i ordered was good no complaints there. However i ordered 2 wing boxes from the mix and match deal for $6.99 each and when i got there the order was over $19. I ask why and the lady could not explain it to me so she called the manager over to help me. He starts out giving me a dirty look and then he tells me like i should have know the chicken is not included in the deal even though it is one of the items thier app gives you to pick from. Then i get another dirty look and a good day. If you are not going to honor the chicken please take it off the list.

AMA who is answering the phones right now needs talked to by management my wife was on hold for 12 minutes. Called back and got hung up on multiple times they told her to call and order somewhere else. This is not how people should be talked to. I get businesses get busy but it does not take 12 minutes to take an order let alone multiple orders. If you are going to work at any type of establishment that caters to the public you need to have better customer service

Never really had a bad pie from this place. And they are usually pretty quick for carry out. For all those that order delivery, they are shirt staffed so be patient. After all, you ARE the lazy one.

Ordered pizza told delivery would be 40 to 45 minutes. It shows up in 30 minutes they leave and then proceeds to tell me that they won’t deliver to a public place only a house address.
