I have no idea why this place has a 2.9 Star rating! This place is fantastic on service and food! The manager and workers there are wonderful and keep the place pristine. This was the cleanest Dominos I have ever been in. The staff was great and made sure to greet me and give me updates on my order. The food was nice and hot and perfectly cooked. I am used to being underwhelmed by over or under cooked bread bowls with barely any sauce. Tonight was not like that. Shout out to the staff at this Dominos.

Verbatim my fiancée last night said “This is the best Domino’s I have ever eaten”. I highly recommend those who want their food faster to order for pick up. I know Domino’s is typically very busy especially later on in the evening, but you can get your food much more quickly this way. Will absolutely be ordering from the Linglestown Domino’s in the future

Sigh … here we go again. I stopped ordering from here for a long time. The management and staff were not responsible at all. Then I tried again and they were excellent! Now we are back to the same old unprofessionalism. My order was quality checked at 6:07. It is now 6:57. Pretty sure my food will be stone cold. I ordered last week and the driver called me from my porch to say I still owed $1.50. How would my order even process or be accepted on the website if I did not pay for the entire order? Wouldn’t they call me from the store the second they would notice there is a problem? This is shady. Not only did I pay for the order, but I paid for the fee AND a tip. I do not carry cash on me. Ever. Not one cent. So the driver said he would pay for it out of his own pocket. It was a very awkward exchange and made zero sense. He mentioned the app glitching lately. Not really my fault to pay MORE money if the company has an issue with their app or website. These owners need to spend more money either on more capable and caring employees or just more employees in general. Something is not adding up here. Either they are severely understaffed or they are hiring the wrong people . Continuously. And I just got asked a SECOND time tonight to pay more on my bill as it was being delivered. I’m done.

We had been ordering from this place for years, and recently had 2 significant bad experiences and will not return. Today we ordered at 1:55pm, called at around 2:55pm when it wasnt marked out for delivery and spoke with Desirey, who said it would be here shortly. Around 3:55 its marked delivered, we have since given up hope and called Santos, ordered some Italian subs, picked them up, brought them home and have about finished eating. At 4:10, the pizza gets here. It is lukewarm warm, and the sauce is cold and beginning to crust. This is the second time we have had this happen, last time I ordered at 7:22pm and by 9:30pm I was calling for the 3rd time, also speaking with Desirey, to ask I asked if they could just cancel the order as it had been marked cooked for over an hour, make me a fresh one, and I would come pick it up, and the girl on the phone hung up on me. We only gave a 2nd chance because we had been using them for so long.
