Online ordering is turned off, had to call and person had no clue what she was doing on the order. The website has a deal for any two for $6.99, they wouldn’t give it to me because “the coupon wouldn’t load”. Also they wouldn’t give me any rewards points because that’s for online ordering – but you can’t order online. Just so you know, there are several other pizza shops in town and I called one of them and they knew what they were doing. Maybe you should spend some time training your employees and teaching them some customer service.

I always love the quality of domino’s food, the only thing I don’t think is fair is that they charge you a delivery fee so even when you would like to tip the driver $5 or $10 bucks for delivery cuz you think your getting a great deal with the coupons they gave and deals on the website, they tack on a $6 or $7 delivery fee automatically at the end plus tax fee so your not actually getting the food for $20.99, your getting it for $27.99 n there goes the generous tip I wanted to give my delivery driver which really isn’t fair to thier employees that are driving if you ask me or fair to the ppl who can’t afford to pay for delivery twice! sorry but I’m a single mom with 3 children n when I order I’m looking for a deal…but I also dont wanna be a cheapskate to my delivery driver so it kinda blows on that aspect that’s all…wish I could decide my own delivery fee, not have it decided for me.

I had the absolute WORST EXPERIENCE at Dominos tonight. I ordered bread bites, pizza, and a lava crunch cake. I received the bites and the pizza not my lava crunch cake. I called in to say I didn’t receive my lava crunch cake. & the man told me it was delivered put me on the phone with the manager where the manager ARGUED with me that the crunch cakes were delivered and to check to see if the delivery driver put them in the driveway. They WEREN’T delivered what so ever. He continued arguing with me about it and was super rude. I never had an experience so terrible. He made me out to be a liar and told me he wouldn’t send out another in 45 minutes. & that it would be “NOTED”

Ordered a thin crust pizza from Greenville, Pa Domino’s. Half the pizza was burnt and scattered through the box. They should be embarrassed to give this mess to a customer. Next time we want Domino’s pizza, we’ll drive to their shop in Sharon. Never had any problems there. Have some pride in your work people.

Last two times we have ordered for delivery not only have the messed up the order, but also takes over an hr. Last night we called multiple times to check on our order , but no answer. It to over an hr and 45 minutes for it to be delivered, pizza and pasta was cold, pasta had what we believe was stems from green peppers in it ( none ) were to be on it, got a excuse from driver that they were busy, and never did get the manager or anyone on the phone. As a family of 5, that orders regularly. Not anymore, we will give our business to one of the many pizza establishments in the area. Also charged us for a pizza we didn’t order!!

Was not happy at all! Recently ordered a thin crust extravaginza pizza and a medium pepperoni from the store in Greenville PA. Although I know the thin crusts with so many toppings on it can be a bit messy, when I got my pizza I noticed the outside of the box was a bit soggy. When I took it inside and opened the box….OMG…all the toppings had slid to one side as though it was carried on it’s side not to mention all the cheese wasn’t even completely melted. Not happy!!

They were awesome! I have never been to a more friendly dominos! Everyone there was so easy to want to help me. I couldn’t figure out what I wanted, and several wanted to help and have me personal suggestions on what they liked or thought was good. I did take one of their choices. It was good!
