This review has nothing to do about the quality or taste of my food. This is about my receipt. Had an online order and came into the store to pay for 27 dollar order (including taxes) my card was charged in-store for 32 dollars and was told to have a good day and he threw my receipt away. I called to double-check check because the online price and what I was charged were 2 different prices. I recommend cash or paying online vs in-store.

Called to order and it was one of the most difficult conversations I’ve ever had. Went to pickup and almost got hit by the delivery driver pulling out. Ordered a thin cheese pizza with half black olive and got a half cheese and half literally nothing but burnt crust and sauce. Went back in and they asked for my name or phone number, which neither was asked for when ordered, so they searched the system just to confirm I didn’t asked for a half cheese and burnt pizza? Recieved the correct item but not worth it to me.

Messed up the order. No big deal so I called to have the correct order brought back. I’m not sure who answers the calls but the man hung up around 5 times after answering before I could even speak. Finally he decided not to hang up and said the order would be here in 20 minutes. Order ended up coming about 2 hours later than expected. The picture included was supposed to be Buffalo chicken.

ordered a Philly cheesesteak with extra meat fresh tomatoes on top and well done it came with very little meat very little everything and was not well done and it was extremely difficult to understand the managers broken English and severe lack of communication skills it felt like I was in Mexico or India talking with a local and it was very hard also they had a bad attitude about the whole thing not sure if I will order here again to soon till they geta English speaking people in there sorry this is America dominos i think i will try vocellis down the road dominos

Placed order online, status eventually updated to delivered so naturally called the store to find out why. On hold once for almost 14min, On hold for almost 5 min, and also hung up on twice while trying to figure out where my food had been delivered. Due to the multiple hang-ups I drove down to the store, where while they seemed to have better customer service skills one employee admitted to not checking (probably one of the two hang-ups). Overall this place on customer service skills alone should get 0 stars. I will never order again.
