Did an absolutely terrible job on my pizza. Got my order wrong too. They claimed they would give me a free pizza in the future, but based on the other reviews, the chances of that happening are about 50/50. I have not had issues with the Chippewa location. The attached photo is of an “extra cheese” pizza. They actually claimed that even though it looked skimpy it was the correct amount of cheese. Pathetic. These people are incompetent and need fired.

Received a gift card for Dominos Pizza and decided to make an order online for an in store pickup. I haven’t had Dominos for many years. All I can say is that I was very surprised by the experience. The food was absolutely delicious, service was fast, and I would highly recommend ordering from this Dominos. They kept my aware throughout my wait by text and on a electronic board once there. The place was very clean and the employees were working really hard and efficient. The garlic knots and Buffalo chicken pizza was great! Good job, and looks like a will be eating Dominos again after this experience!

As of every time I’ve ordered online, I’ve received my order as it was, within a quick time frame, the delivery men have been formal and respectful in speech, and were great to alert me of when they were nearby. All around great experience ordering from here, this stores crew is tremendous.

To begin with I dialed the number and it sent me to scab number with a lady who spoke broken English so I barely understood what was said. After after I thought my order was taken I get a text saying my order was cancelled for what I had no clue. That’s probably why the cashier was typing for 30 minutes to reinstate my order and then sell it to me. I ordered another time over the state line into Ohio with no tax to be charged but couldn’t buy it without tax added by another scab number. Domino’s you went into crapper. I’m sticking with pizza hut. No hassle pickup and order. By the way the pie was cold at Rochester location and it wasn’t even 30 minutes. Reading other reviews there’s a bunch of 1 stars.

I’ve been going to this dominos at this location for about a handful of times now and I never had any issues. I usually order a pizza and a chicken Alfredo breadbowl and the pizza is always on point as well as the breadbowl. The only complaint I have is the breadbowl is just a tad bit doughy could of been cooked a little longer but other than that I have no complaints. I never ordered anything other than the pizza and breadbowl.

Have had issues with this location in the past messing up my order, they did correct. Delivery today the driver called my phone and hung up as soon as I answered, would not answer when I called back, and left my order at the neighbors house despite my info being saved in the system. Called the store and was rudely told it wasn’t their problem. Last time I order from them. Zero customer service skills. Could have all been corrected if the driver didn’t hang up when he/she called and actually spoke to me.

I ordered 2 items today. The cheesy tots and the chicken w/sausage pasta dish. The tots were overdone and didn’t have enough cheese like my previous orders and I felt the pasta dish could’ve been a little bit warmer. The young lady there was very nice!!
