Ordered online, said it would be ready by a certain time. Went to pick up, order wasn’t ready. Waited 15 minutes only to be told pizza fell apart and had to be started over. Another 15 minute wait. 40 minutes later, finally got what I ordered. Get it together, Domino’s.

Worst dominos in the area. They almost never get the order right, and I’ve ordered from this location many times. Most of the staff act like they don’t even care. If you plan on getting the “cheesy marinara dip” you might as well expect a grease pile of cheese with no sauce. You would be better off driving to Horseheads of Elmira for pizza.

Chris is an amazing general manager . He is always eager to help out when need be and plus more . He’s very kind to not just customers but to his staff . Anytime something is wrong he will go out of his way to make sure the customer has the right item and will call the customer to resolve the issue .

I ordered a handmade pan and received a regular pan. When I called the manager was very rude and then started screaming at me and told now you will not get nothing and hung up. So I called back and asked who the manager and owner was. I heard the manager in the background screaming once again at me telling me to call in the morning and how he was going to tell the owner that I ORDERED THE WRONG ONE. Well I have my receipts and my email address. Which are totally different.
