You guys rock! We got stuck on a game delay and using the app with the HotSpot option, “Bill” was able to drop our order to us within 20 feet and within a minute of the trackers estimate.

We have pizza occasionally and love the good deals at our local Domino’s Pizza shop. We appreciate the prompt, friendly service and the pizza is delicious! We usually order enough to have it the next day for lunch and it is just as tasty on the second or third day.

Worst Pizza I have ever had. The only reason we ordered there was because it was after 830 pm and no other place was cooking. Frozen pizza from Aldies would be a 5 star choice and a 400% savings to your pocketbook. Do not experience a pizza from Oneonta Dominos

This place used to be really good, the drivers were punctual, you could rely on the tracker to know when your food was going to arrive, the food was good. They have new management and staff now, and it’s taken a large turn for the worse, they clear the pizza tracker so it shows delivered sometimes 20 minutes to an hour before the pizza arrives (used to never take longer than 25 minutes, now it takes a minimum of 45 to an hour). I’ve all but stopped ordering from them (they’re the only place open after certain hour). It’s a shame because they used to be really on the ball.

My first time ordering on line from Domino’s. they made the ordering process quite easy. Only thing I would do different is to ad prices or sub total your bill as you maneuver through the ordering process. I was nervous about how much things cost. this can limit sales. I did with me. thank you. i will pick my order up later today. it will be my first time having Domino’s

Besides their regular pizza just being gross they sell GF crust that they cannot make and burn every single time. After a dozen tries it’s over for them. When ordering online I had to call and remind them to NOT burn the pizza. I add notes to the orders but that’s not good enough… literacy is clearly a problem here. I still received it burned 9/10. When I complain they catch an attitude. “We cant turn down the oven’s and we cant push it through faster” is what they say. If you cant make the food, that’s fine, take it off your menu.
