This is the 3rd order (out of 3) they messed up. I called for curbside, guy said they didn’t have an order under my name, I go inside and suddenly they magically have it. Everyone gives me dirty looks like I spat in their cheerios. Annoyed that I tip well, just for the staff to act like they’re a crew of my ex-boyfriends or something. Super uncomfortable, not coming back.

3.5+ HOURS LATE!! Pics Included!!! Ordered food at 8:30pm, received it past midnight. When I called a few times in between, it was always, “Oh it just left.” Caught them in a lie, and they tried to deny it with some excuse. WHEN I RECEIVED MY FOOD, the Pizza was crushed and the Specialty Chicken looked like a ball of nastiness I couldn’t eat.

This is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience with this place. I don’t usually write reviews but this was just the last straw for me. Ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza, brought it home, was excited to eat, open it up and there’s absolutely no Buffalo sauce on it! How do you not put Buffalo sauce on a Buffalo chicken pizza?!

Worst place to get pizza. Took OVER, 2 hrs to get my pizza. Lady on the phone gave the excuse that they were busy and the pizza was out for delivery. Pizza was COLD when it arrived. This place is the worst. Pizza Hut outside the gate is looking really good right now.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Placed an order online over an hour ago and I still haven’t received my order when it says the driver has been out for 45 minutes. I called and was asked to be placed on hold, before I could give me response, I was placed on hold. I was on hold for 8 minutes without anyone checking in before I hung up. I called back multiple times and no one answered the phone. It just rung endlessly. Worst customer service. Worst online updates. Worst place around to get pizza. Even if my order did come, at this point it’s going to be cold. Zero stars from me
