Call center is awful if you have a complaint theyll just try and wait you out on hold then drop the call. Ordered a pizza 40 mins ahead of time for pickup, i get there and am told itll be out in 6 minutes even though i was told it was done 20 minutes ago, i get the waited for pizza and it wasnt for me(never asked me a name just assumed) so she checks the waiting shelf and theres my pizza that i waited for no reason, i check it cuz she didnt and it had none of the toppings on it, so now i wasted my entire lunch break and now get to work the remainder of my shift hungry. Thanks dominos oswego. Yes she asked if she actually make my pizza since apparently it never was and i didnt have 25 more minutes to wait as lunch breaks only give so much time.

I placed an online order for my roommates and I’s dinner since I couldn’t bring myself to cook after a stressful day at work and the order included an 8 piece mild buffalo wings, upon delivery I had received the wrong flavor of wings and called the store just to let them know. April was so sweet and pleasant to talk to and remedied my situation within seconds, even upgrading my 8 piece to a 16 piece. Everybody makes mistakes and their generosity goes a long way for me, especially today. You never know whose day you’ll be making with a simple act of kindness. Thank you guys so much.

The online ordering is pretty awesome once you figure it out. Its not very hard to figure out and you get points towards free rewards. If your pizza is late they give you a coupon for a free one. I order here a lot. They are open late and pretty reliable. Food is always hot and fresh. I love the cheesy bread stuffed with feta and spinach. The deep dish pizzas are so good. Definitely one of the best places to order in this city. 100/10 stars!

Our family dessert is completely gross. Undercooked and not healthy to even attempt to eat. You should be ashamed of yourself for delivering this to families. We tried calling and asking for a manager and of course we get hung up on. Waste of money

Ordered off the app was given a 45 minute estimate. Showed up to the store an hour later and was told my food was second in line to be put in the ovens. Told the guy working that I was going out to see what my roommate wanted to do. As I walked out he said cancel order *** which was my order. Walked back in to confirm and worker was rude beyond belief. Asked for manager or franchise owner. Was brushed off. Manager continued to escalate and cause severe issues. Will never return to this dominos. Also numerous health issues. People touching their faces then touching food with no visible gloves.

I ordered pizza from this place tonight as I have done before countless times. I am geniuniley confused because I have never experienced bad customer service ever before and just plain rudeness. I was given a text update saying the driver Chris was near and then a second later I received a call and he said he was downstairs. after he hung up I immediately came straight down. I waited for 10 minutes and then called the store to ask where my order was. the guy, I believe it was the manager answered and told me that the driver Chris had said he called me and waited ten minutes before he left. I was extremely baffled at that lie and tried to explain to the manager that this was a lie. he was very rude and basically called me a liar saying that they dont even have an app for text updates. I got an update from the online site which is where I order from and enter my phone number. this whole experience is just sad and rude and Im supposed to be receiving a refund but after this night I will no longer be ordering from here.

We phoned in an order in advance and there was some issue with getting it entered into the computer. We arrived expecting our order to be complete and they had no record of it. Everyone dropped what they were doing, prepared our order in minutes and they did it all at no charge. Mistakes happen, and the team tonight made it right. This day and age there are probably few that would take the time to tell someone they did a good job after a mistake like this, so I hope this review finds the people responsible for making an inconvenience into a positive experience.
