I ordered online for pickup, my pizza was cooked promptly, and was fresh and hot when I arrived. No complaints on the pizza, it was made just as I requested and tasted great. Terry is the manager here and he KILLS IT!! If you see him in there you can feel confident knowing you’re going to get what you came for and he always will gladly fix any mistakes with no issues if you give him just the slightest patience. Best customer service I’ve ever received anywhere including at 5 star restaurants. This guy deserves a raise, please tip him well!!

I’ve never been treated so relentlessly rudely by staff at this location. Whether it takes them three hours to deliver a pizza because they’re criminally understaffed or you never get a pizza at all because of incompetence and aggressive staff members on the phone, order your pizza from literally anywhere else other than this place. Worst order experience.. waited for 2 hours.. tried calling the store for about 20 mins before actually going to restaurant where we just so happened to miss the driver. Staff wasn’t very helpful. So for starters there website wasnt working so I called to place order with store and an hour and 10 mins later I did the tracker on website and desire is still prepping so im like oh god let me me call store to check and the woman on phone told me another 2 hours they only have two drivers like what??? Why didnt the lady when I ordered tell me that?? I cancelled the order like come on this has happened the last three orders we tried to make with this store in the last year like your still in need of drivers??? Stop taking orders or let people know its gonna he a 3 hr wait for pizza and breadsticks when they order!! This store must be a mess, hopefully managers see this review.
