oh i messed up… not sure why I expected their mediterranean oven baked veggie sandwich would be any good. the staff is great but the the sandwich itself… not so sure. didn’t know fresh at all.

Ordered a large cheese pie for the little ones, my order was placed and ready very quickly. I decided to order pick up and I love the location it’s in. Fast service, clean location. I wouldn’t mind enjoying my pizza by the fountain one day.

I placed an order last night my order was “prepared” by Edwin and suppose to be “delivered” to me by Jean. My card was charged and my food was never delivered. And according to there tracker my food was delivered and wanted my review. Then when I try to contact the store NO one answered the phone. I call the location this AM to be told store manager will not be in till 4pm today. Don’t ever order from this location they will steal your money and food!

The driver named Jean, sat in the car down the block from our house for 10 min waiting to drop off food.. we finally came outside and waited for him to pull up and he stopped 3 houses away and when we decided to walk up to him after waiting outside. He was on the phone sitting in the car. The box was bent and slightly crushed and the food came cold… The driver Jean claimed the order was 50$ for one box of pizza and 6pc wings.. that’s not right obviously and we argued about it… we’ve had multiple problems with this driver doing things like this— completely unacceptable—- out of all the dominos I’ve experienced this is the worst

I love this location and it’s trustworthy. I’ve been ordering from them for 3yrs now. My food has been on point except one time. I almost didn’t order from them again . If it wasn’t for the service and quality of this location I would NOT eat from the Domino’s chain. I live in Melville and only order from this location. That says a lot.

After I paid for my order, I received a call from someone at the store telling me that in order for my order to be pick-up I needed to bring in the card that I paid with. I explained to the sales person that my daughter was picking up the order, and that’s why she didn’t have the physical card, because she was not coming from home. The gentleman said that he would let her pick up the order as a one time courtesy, however when she got there the order was cancelled. I did received a REFUND for the order, but no where did I see it on the site where it mentioned that I needed to bring in the card. NEVER ORDERING PIZZA FROM DOMINO’S PIZZA AGAIN!!!!!

So upsetting, I’ve been ordering here for a year sometimes every week for months. They canceled my order tonight because I ordered through the app for my son who’s home while I wasn’t home. My son didn’t have my card. P. Pierre wouldn’t send my order and the supervisor Stephan was too busy to come to the phone. I started I was going to call the general manager and P.Pierre canceled my order. I called back and Erica, Assistant manager wasn’t able to help.
