I order here at least twice a week, it used to be great until about a month ago. Lately the pepperoni on the pizza tastes old and has been giving us stomachaches. I also place my orders for curbside delivery and on the app the timer will start, they have a certain amount of time to bring the order out or you get a coupon for a free pizza. They stop the timer inside and then make you wait for the pizza. Technically you should get a free pizza but they are lying about giving the order out on time. The other day this happened again, I gave them an extra minute and then went inside. The lady was on her personal cell phone, didn’t acknowledge me, and I saw both of my pizza just sitting in the oven, done. 5 minutes later she asks me if I’m picking up, I said yes, she boxed up my order and basically threw it at me with an attitude. She stopped the timer about 30 seconds into me showing up and it the actual time it took was about 15 minutes longer. Super rude. Horrible

Took two hours to deliver a single order of cheesy bread, and when they got to my girlfriend’s house (not in a difficult spot to find), they didn’t deliver it. When she called them, the manager blamed her for “wasting two hours and food.” Horrible customer service, never going here again. He kept calling under a “scam likely” number, and then blamed her for not picking up a scam call. He also left a THREE MINUTE voicemail on her phone, which is just very odd.

Ordered pizza last night. Always liked the app with the status of the delivery. But when they didn’t deliver it and I had to call. The. driver finally came and argued with me that it was delivered. Then he came back 5 minutes later to tell me he got the wrong house. So I had cold pizza. Why lie??? If your new own up to the mistake. Won’t be ordering again.

Large order Friday 1/17/20. Delivered quickly however, pizza box crushed on top of Brooklyn style pizza so cheese was stuck to the box. Honestly, that’s not a big deal to me but what prompted this review is the undercooked pan pizza that was also ordered. I even tried to reheat/recook the pizza but still the dough in the middle was RAW. My wife tried giving the benefit of doubt asking if it was cheese but it was clearly soggy dough. Correct me if I’m wrong here but with pan pizza the dough must be cooked for a short while First, removed and then sauce/topping added. Clearly this did not happen and my pizza is inedible! Another issue was my greasy cheesy bread. I usually don’t write reviews or complain. I just take my business elsewhere but this experience was BAD and needs to be shared. I hope they use this to review to improve the quality of food delivered. Slow down; take pride in your work! Proper food prep trumps delivery speed any day; every day!

I wish i could this place ZERO stars. The employees working that dump were horrific and disrespectful. I ordered the 19.99 deal and they forgot ALL the sauces i order along with it, prompting me to call the place and ask about the sauces. The women on the phone very very rudely answered the phone and offered me a “credit” or someone to bring me my sauces. Mind you this dominoes is not that far from my house. When I asked for someone to bring the sauces, she asked if I was serious and i was baffled and said yes. She put me on hold and hung up. I called from another phone and talked to another women who gave me a “credit”. Never again ordering from this specific establishment. Don’t ever even think about ordering here.

Ordered pizza tonight. 2 for $5 deal. Driver couldn’t find my house less than ten minutes down 25A, even after given detailed instructions (btw I ordered from here frequently, so my apartment shouldn’t be a mystery at this point.) The driver eventually figured it out and handed me the wrong order at my door. Took a walk to his car to correct the order, where he had a handful of other food orders and had to piece them together properly. I had Ordered garlic butter sauce – I got 2 cups of vanilla icing instead. Jalapeño and bacon cheesy bread had almost no Jalapeño or bacon, mostly just cold cheese and raw dough. The store seemed very confused when I called to tell them about the mistake(s) that took place. They offered to drive back but I wasn’t that interested at this point. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt, however the quality of food and the level of disregard from management has been unacceptable on more than a few occasions. Upon reading other horror stories on here, I have to say – don’t waste your money or time here. You’ll be happier with a bowl of cereal instead. This store is really going down hill. The amount of poor reviews ought to catch corporates attention at some point. Dominos is practically a plug-and-play food service system that is almost impossible to screw up, but somehow they manage. There is no excuse aside from lazyness and uncaring staff and management at this location.
