the general manger is very nasty i order food for my kids and they only sent half the lady was being really rude she wouldn’t give me a name to her manger food was nasty dry i would love to be in contact with the owner.. she has poor c/s skills i wouldn’t have her working on phone’s she gonna run all the customers away !!!!

The most rude and vile staff I have ever had the displeasure of contacting. They forgot part of my order and refused to deliver it and told me they could only give me a credit. Apparently my $11 (delivery and tip) was not enough to cover the half a mile trip back to fix the issue. I was also put on permanent hold because they didn’t want to speak to me about the matter any longer. I’ve never been so frustrated with a restaurant in my life. I get it, it’s basically fast food with underpaid workers, but that is not an excuse for dumping all of your frustrations on the customer.

Has absolutely gone down hill. Have not had a correct order in forever. It’s always some missed topping. If you call to tell them they messed up, they sent it and refuse to make it right. Better off spending your money elsewhere ordered that pizza with cheddar and pepperoni, would love to see where the cheddar is under all this sauce I didn’t order

Horrible service….called to place an order. Took longer to place the order than to actually get the order cooked and delivered. Ordered two pizzas only got one. Asked for address….had to spell the word NORTH three times! Called to complain and basically was told it was only her third day working there. Not my problem TRAINING IS NEEDED. 34.00 for one medium pizzas 8 garlic twists.. 6.00 delivery fee????? Good thing the pizza was decent.

I have been using this Dominos pizza for a while. The place is clean and the food is made to order. The staff are busy making your food specially the way you like it so the talk is minimal but still friendly. I have never had a bad experience. Just remember that they have a lot of deliveries so go to the counter to speak with a store worker not a delivery person. Enjoy!
