I had an exceptional experience with Domino’s Pizza! The delivery was prompt, and the pizza arrived piping hot. The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and delightfully soft on the inside. The toppings were generous and flavorful, and the cheese was perfectly melted. The online ordering process was smooth and easy to use. Overall, a fantastic pizza that satisfied my cravings. I usually order from this place but I will never again! I called them after the tracking tool stated that my order was delivered. I was constantly checking for my pizza and dessert outside and there was nothing there. They told me they would call the delivery guy and have him call me again. The delivery guy didn’t call me again and I waited an extra 20 minutes for my food . I called them again and then the person stated they would get the manager on the phone. The manager asked me for my last four digits of my number . I gave that and he stated the driver delivered the food. I told the manager there is no food in front of my house … I checked everywhere in front of my house. He stated the driver rang the door bell and left the food out front as instructed. I told him I don’t have any food . I’m not lying! He kept repeating my address and I said yes that’s my address but I have no food. I asked for a refund . He stated no he can’t give that bc he gave me the food . The driver stated he delivered it to my address. I walked down my street and saw the food in front of another house. They were not going to help me and if I didn’t walk down my block I would have been food less and with out my money. They are no longer getting business from me! Good riddens! Karma is a B!

They’re good at making pizza that’s for sure so for that i give 5 stars however their service is a 3/5 they miss heard my order after repeating myself 5 times just to get one pizza instead of 2 when i ordered 2 pizza and garlic knots.

Where oh where do I start with this Domino’s location? Honestly, the customer service is the worst that I’ve ever encountered. I come into the store just to get ignored by the workers and have to wait until they are done with their conversations to place my order. That is not how customer service works. The service has honestly gone downhill over the years and I expect better. Oh, and horrible pizza by the way. Do yourself a favor and choose another Domino’s location.

I’ve been going to this Dominos for a very long time, about 5 years, and it’s only recently that I’ve been disappointed with my orders. Whenever I do order, they are unable to put enough toppings on my pizza. I always have to check and make them put more toppings. Customer Service as well needs work, half of the time the employees don’t know what is being said to them or it needs to be repeated multiple times.

I ordered through the app. Pepperoni and ham toppings. My pizza arrived promptly, however it seemed like they had forgotten one of my toppings and threw it on top at the end. Called to tell them what was going on. The said they would send out a new one in 15 minutes. Called back after 45 minutes and they told me that it would arrive any second. Called back 15 minutes later, they told me it would arrive in 5 minutes. Went directly to the store, after 30 minutes, to find out they hadn’t even sent it out. Got a refund.
