Driver was great, but the place needs better management or something. The app said the order was completed and it wasn’t. I called since I was confused thinking maybe they delivered to the wrong place or something and nobody answered the phone. I had to call on a different phone to get an answer, only to be dismissed immediately and told I’d get a notification. I waited a bit over an hour for a salad and pasta. I feel bad for the good staff that’s actually trying.

Horrible experience!!! Just went there to order. I had a few modifications on my order and I was explaining it to lady named ( Raman ) and first she did not understand anything , second she was showing hella attitude. Then I waited for more than half and hour just to get my order wrong and missing items. Then she was remaking the order and started talking about us and laughing in front of us with her co worker ( Tawhid ) . I am a regular customer here and never experienced this kind of horrible people. The lady ( Raman ) was not even using any gloves while making our food. Even tho we mentioned that we don’t eat pork. She was touching pork and also out pizze with bare hand. We waiting another 15 more minutes for our order. She continues to have an attitude and hands the order to us aggressively. Then I asked for her name and she knew right away that I was gonna complain and she goes ( yeah you can have one pasta for free it’s alright ) . Never coming back here again. !!!

Really really bad service. Employees named RAMAN and TAWHID behaved super disrespectfully and their attitude was so bad. Not only that they were rude, they didn’t even use any gloves while making our food. They misplaced our order 2 times and their attitudes kept getting worse. Afterwards they started to talk bad in front of us and laughing at us. I have never experienced such horrible survive before.

Horrible customer service, got my order wrong 2 times and still no apology. On top of that hella attitude. Be aware of these two employees ( Raman ) and ( Tawhid ). Also they also don’t care about caution . They put pork in my order even when I specifically asked them not to. Then they don’t even use no gloves . Just horrible people.

I called a week in advance to place a big order for my program. I spoke with the manager everyday pertaining to the order. I went to pick up the order and was told they don’t have any notes in the system. I called the manager back on the same number I spoke with him the night before . He said oooh S**t I forgot . Thankfully the nice employees that were there got the order completed for us. I was late with the food for the party. The manager should be reevaluated.

Horrible service I ordered food for my significant other while he was at work and the food was brought to him late and not only late and cold. His drinks were already opened that is disgusting due to Covid. I tried to receive a refund or at least for credit for a whole new order. Customers were super rude to him and never return back to his job to give him anything new.

This place is absolutely terrible. I’ve had nothing but issues in the last year or so with them. Tonight, I ordered food. Over an hour and a half later, I didn’t see any food, no status update on the app, no call from the restaurant. I decided to call the restaurant where I was on hold for about 20 minutes before someone finally picked up. She told me my food will be at least another hour. She told me I could come pick it up if I would like and she would have it sooner. The whole point of ordering delivery is so I wouldn’t have to pick it up as I’ve been on my feet all day. I get you are short-staffed and running behind, but the least you can do is call your customer and let them know it’s going to be late and pick up your phone. While I was in the store waiting for my food, the phone continue to ring with nobody even looking at it. She supposedly refunded my delivery charge and tip (we’ll see).
