Had a bit of confusion with the order where we had an online order but also wanted to order something else. We ordered wings but they interpreted it as the whole order including the online order again. Ended up with 2 pizzas and wings. Still had to pay for the pizzas even when explaining we didn’t want the 2nd pizza as we had one with the online order already.

They “close” at 12am but anytime I arrive 35-40 minutes prior like I did tonight (I arrived at 11:32pm ) they have the doors locked and ignore you at the door knocking trying to figure if they’re officially closed for the night.

As seen on the 2nd photo I ordered a pizza with philly steak but as you can see there’s no steak and I was missing the bbq sauce I called the store and the guy did not want me to eat the pizza because they were going to send another one. But I already waited 30 mins for the original pizza and I wasn’t going to wait for another 30 mins for 1 pizza I asked to be refunded and they were persistent on sending another pizza instead. The manager was rude and didn’t even apologize for the mistake nor the inconvenience. Would not recommend this particular location to anyone.

Placed an order online. The app said it was ready, when I get to the store the worker tells me that is coming. After 5 minutes waiting I asked why is not ready and he said that they messed up the order, he tells me to wait that is coming out. I got upset and left. I have limited lunch time. Customer service is bad. He could’ve mentioned that the order got messed up the moment I walked in. The entire time the employee is on his personal phone talking.

I order online for coupons and deals. Pizza is always made fresh and to my specifications. I’ve had no issue with the nice staff who work at this location. Eating in doesn’t seem the most appealing, I’ll admit. Food is always pretty good and convenient.

Horrible customer service. They take super long to make pizza, and then want to have an attitude. I would want to get delivery from another domino’s, but apparently franchisees’ pay for their delivery zone, so you can’t just get delivery from another domino’s even if it’s not far from you. Thus, allows them to treat customers like trash because you can’t take action by getting delivery from another location. So here’s my tip to anyone who annoyed by this location:
