I’m very positively surprised by the way people from Dominos spoke to me and treated me. I came to pick up the order and the manager took a look at the pizza before he gave it to me and he thought there aren’t enough mushrooms so he said if I could wait for another one to be done and apologized. I personally wouldn’t say anything but this kind and beautiful gesture made my day! From today Domino’s pizza > every other pizza!

After calling for delivery at 12:10 I called back 1:09 pm they was just now starting to put my order in the oven ♂️ Besides that the gentleman was very kind on the phone and send me a free cinnamon bun wooow thanks. Normally they are on point. I’m just concerned last night I order a large order. By mistake the delivery man gave us extra wings. Good thing I waited to serve the family. This issue is once an item has been in someone’s home over 5 mins and he came back a little over 20 to say I gave you someone food. Good thing I didn’t touch the food. It’s just with germs and covid then he opened the box to confirm we didn’t eat them. But why not just go back to the store and give the customer fresh hot ones rather then ones that already where in someone’s home for over 20 mins. To me that’s horrible customer service and laziness of the delivery person. Management needs to fine tune that aspect. If you mess up just let them know go back to the store and do it correctly. You don’t go back a home for an item then go hand it to the right customer. ♀️ ♀️ ♀️ ♀️

I recently ordered a dbl cheese, pepperoni, black olive pizza, I saw when it left the store it finally came 1 hour & 20 Mins. later and it was only 1.6 miles away. All I got after calling the store twice was “He’s on his way”. The ultimate insult was opening the box only to find in NO way a dbl toppings pizza but a regular pizza. I would give no stars if I could. I ordered my pie three days in advance online and it showed up over 2 hours late. When I tried to call the place to get an update, nobody answered. I called six times. Another person in my building had a similar experience. Save your money and order somewhere else.
