Sooo bad. Would give this zero stars if I could. Got notification that food was delivered, even a voice mail that the delivery person was at the door. I open the door no pizza. Try to call back the number, she hangs up. Call her again about a minute and says that she can’t come back because she’s 9 miles away and to go look at the neighbor’s house. What???

I don’t know what the newest reviews are even talking about because my last 3 times here have been the most disappointing domino’s I’ve ever had. And Im all for dominos. Last few times the pizza was flavorless and barely any sauce on it. And today I thought they couldn’t mess up hot wings but they did. They sold me these cheap dry looking wings. Never have I ever ate wings from dominos that looked this bad. Like why go cheap in the sauce??? It looks nothing like they used to or even online. I’ve been to Dominos hundreds of times and this location with the new management has ruined it all for me. I hope this trend doesn’t continue because next time will be my last if they sell me dog food looking pizza and wings again.

They get the order wrong 50% of the time. They also claim to have delivery insurance. What that means is they give you a coupon for 20% off your next order that last 30 days. There is also no option to get the correct item delivered.

yesterday (9/7/21) 8.35pm I order jalapeño pepper & pineapple but they put pineapple & meat …i never eat meat in my life also my family … how can they play with religion…very bad place & care less employees… look in pictures it’s clearly look meat… also manager was indian man too rude his laughing totally when i was complaining….

Customer service and appreciation is little to nothing. The owner of the store is very rude to the customer. Takes her frustration put on the customer when picking up. I was on a call when i walked in the store. When asked for pick up name and i gave her name right away, for whatever reason she didn’t collect my name and other employee had to tell her. When handing me the order she rudely with attitude tells me to not be on the when coming to pick up. I gave her the needed information when asked, what i chose to do when in there is non of her concern or business. Management needs to go through training for customer service.

Much improved since I got a pizza from here over two years ago. Pizza was hot and fresh. Used a coupon and saved $$$. Normally I support the local pizza shops in town, but they all have gone mad with their prices. Nice to know I can still get a pizza at a reasonable price.
