I ordered online and also paid for my order online. Once the app told me my order was ready, i went to pick it up, and when i got there, it wasn’t. I waited an additional 20 mins after already waiting 30 mins for my order to get done. That’s not the worst part. As im watching them prepare everyone else’s order, i notice no one is wearing gloves. They’re talking too much over everyone’s food. There is no organization whatsoever. And their preparation space was way too small they definitely need a bigger place to work and be more efficient.

First time trying delivery instead of pickup. Don’t get delivery. Just got delivered and they must have had them sitting vertical because it was a complete mess. Took so long pizza was nook warm at best.

Tried to order a pizza for deliver on A TUESDAY around 1 pm, not am….it took over an hour and two phone calls before the order was canceled. There is NO WAY this store is that busy for this to even happen. The quality has gone down so much in the past year.

This is my first time ordering here, 12/12/2021 6:38pm, not only was it cold when I picked it up but i got home and opened the box and saw this. I immediately called the store and the woman I spoke to said “I can make you a new one but its gonna come to same way, theres nothing we can do about it). So you cant make me a FRESH and NORMAL pizza? You only know how to overcook pizza. It looks worse in person and I’m pregnant and can’t even handle the awful smell from it. Terrible experience at this dominoes. Not to mention the rude attitude this girl had.

Dude was an absolute beast holding down this place late night by himself (7/22/22). I entered for a take out order and he couldn’t be more polite. Pizza was ready and hot. He was dealing with orders from online and other platforms but he was a machine. This man should be praised and is a huge asset to the company. Unfortunately didn’t get his name but he needs to be recognized by the company.

Should I cover the time there was a fistfight between a manager and a pregnant worker that ended up the the police being called and the order we were trying to pick up being cancelled? Or maybe with the order we were dumb enough to place months later that wound up with us getting the wrong pizza, another pizza that clearly had the toppings put on after the thing had come out of the oven, or maybe the fact that we had to ask twice for any sauces we ordered almost every single time or we’d never get them…I think you get the point. Papa John’s is just down the street…
