My experience was horrible. My pizza was overcooked my tater tots with Burnt to a Chrisp, and when I called to complain, the manager By the name of Mark told me that’s how they come the cheddar is burnt! I didn’t necessarily want them to make me new tater tots but I would have loved an apology! He could have just said sorry and what could he do to make it right instead he wanted me to believe that that’s how Domino’s serves their food Burns and black I give them no stars out of five thank you Domino’s Camden for nothing my food is burnt and now I’m calling Papa John’s thanks for robbing me of $25 without a gun for nothing. I advise if anyone wants to enjoy a meal do not call Domino’s Camden

Was in town for the Taylor Swift show. Friday 5/12/23 around 10:20am my daughter and I ordered a pizza for delivery to our hotel while we got ready. The tracker for over 30 minutes said the pizza was being prepped. I called the store directly around 11:00 and was informed someone was just getting there and they would begin to make the pizza. We went down to the lobby and grabbed PBJ Uncrustables because we were hungry and the pizza still said prepping. I called again around 11:30 and it was still being prepped so I asked them to cancel it because we had to leave within 30 minutes. I was very disappointed and so was my daughter. Do not recommend this location, especially if you are from out of town visiting the area and looking for a pizza before going out. I also missed the window to file a complaint with Dominos for a refund so Im out the $39 pizza order on top of the $20+ we spent getting food in the hotel lobby.

Never again , i rather buy a frozen pizza from walmart then to spend my money at dominos, you know why? Everytime i order from dominos my food….. as a weird galactic joke from the universe my food its always burned…cheese always burned coming out the sides tasting like burned rubber. We ordered 4 pizzas and it took 1 hour and we called to find out the status of the order and the person who took care of us told us that he had no staff that if we could pick up the pizza we are from 9:00 pm to 10:00 pm in this problem and then no He says that the delivery is going, we wait another 15 minutes and he calls again and cancels the order and he talks to us with an attitude and insulting

I LIVE 6 MINS AWAY YET IT TAKE 2 HOURS TO DELIVER MY FOOD. IF YOU ORDERING FROM HERE PLEASE JUST GO PICK UP YOUR FOOD OR DON’T ORDER AT ALL. My food finally arrived 2 and a half hours later. Cold and cut horribly.

The last three times the food has been squashed (and this was the best it’s looked) and if it’s not that, it’s either wrong and missing items (dips and sauces we paid for), on top of taking sometimes up to almost two hours to deliver. Sadly they’re the only ones that deliver in Camden and I think they know it, but I’d rather never have a slice of pizza than give these people who clearly don’t care my money (including tips no matter what I get cuz I pay upfront). Get your house in order.
