This shop stands out to me because this is the most zero-fuss experience you could ever have at a Domino’s. Place your order, it is ready exactly when it says it’s going to be ready. I really appreciate how quick and minimalist the staff is, a quick “Hello, how are you, sir?” Followed by my reply; then a cordial “What would you like to order”. Boom and done. Live it, no one trying to talk your head off, not trying to make wild sales pitches about stuff you don’t want.

Horrible service no price on menus or board the counter lady seemed to busy to help me with anything I asked her if I would be able to see prices on lie and that was a whole other issue.. with the app not being user friendly left store hungry

These guys don’t deserve one star also,their tracker will show delivered 10 mins before delivery,their drivers works for better tips and not for dominos.Drivers chose mutiple deliveries and instead of order number they decide whom they will deliver first.I had incidents where I was waiting for pizza for couple of hours and then got cold pizza delivered height of everything is their drivers make sure they leave with tips after giving this experience,

Always on Time be it delivery or take out. Staff is friendly and polite. Environment is clean and they have few seats for dine in too but dont consider it for family dine in. Its only good for 1 or 2 peiple dining. Using them for almost 4 years now and never had complaint with them.

This is my second time here. The first time everything was perfect so I would give them 5 stars. This time not so much. The cheese on my pan pizza was all over the box. Since the other pies we’re good, I averaged it out and have them 3 stars. I may give them another chance for a tie break.

Waited an hour , finally getting a call that driver leave order on chair by door but nothing there. been looking out for driver from I was notified that it was out for delivery which usually take 5 minutes to reach only that this time it took 35 minutes for them to call me and inform me that pizza was left by the door which was definitely a lie. I was never called by a delivery person to make such announcement even when the pandemic was at its worst , much less now. Chair is well lit. I can always see the chair 1 hour waiting for nothing. and only an “I’m sorry” from the manager when I called. there are other better pizza place around for sure

We just ordered $80 worth of food!! It is cold and the pizzas are not even cut. Called the store and the gentleman that answered said he was the manager. Explained to him the problem and all he had to say was “um, well the delivery driver took the pizza out of the oven “. Do not order from that store on Brunt Mill Rd!!!

Not worth spending your money for pizza here. Your better off going to little ceaser hot and ready or going to 7/11 pizza. Order pizza with 3 topping and each slice has 1 topping what’s hapoened to the other 2 topping on the each slices. Willing to drive out of my way to berlin to get dominos from now on.

They have always easily offered to fix the problem if the team made a mistake with your order that’s easiest for you as the customer. This location always appear to be understaffed when we order here and have gotten our order wrong a handful of times but they have never given us a hard time when we call back and they resolve it promptly. For that reason I am giving them a 5 stars. If you do not follow up on an incorrect order your not giving them the chance to resolve it and falls on you. With how few company’s provide good customer service or issue resolution these days I believe that’s more valuable than them occasionally forgetting to put a topping on my pizza. One that they are willing to resolve.

Placed order at 7:26 pm. Watched the tracker. By 7:46 it said it was 1 minute away but it was SITTING in magnolia in the same spot. I decided to take screen shots because the car IS NOT MOVING. 8:17 and the driver finally calls to say he took it to the wrong address. I continue watching, instead of taking the quickest way, he starts driving in the opposite direction. I Call the store to cancel my order and they tried to say I ordered from the wrong domino’s and that’s why it was late…. The tracker shows the store you order from and so does my screenshot…
