Today I ordered pizza and Parmesan bites. It took an hour and a half for delivery because the driver went back to get something he forgot for another customer. My food was cold. Very disappointing. The person on the phone just told me to keep waiting another 10 minutes and call back. When I finally said ok thanks, he just hung up as if annoyed that i wanted hot food I already paid for. Nowadays if you have a pulse, you’re hired!

It’s dominoes pizza, folks. It’s either just that or it’s bad due to the delivery driver or staff. The staff there now is nice and they didn’t give me a problem when I explained the brownies were so burnt youbvouldnt bite into them. They apologized and gave me credit. I appreciated that.

Absolute trash service ordered online got totally the wrong thing called up and they said they can’t do anything about it. How hard is it to make pizza? They expect more money an hour and can’t comprehend a screen telling them what to do. Not sure who was on duty that day…but whoever made our pizza…it was DELICIOUS!!! Perfectly made. I only had this wonderful experience twice. The next time it’s delicious like that…I’m calling the store to find out who made the pizza and will only order pizza on the day they are working.

It literally took me 15 minutes to order because the girl on the phone knew nothing about the business she works for. Simple questions that took forever to answer. Like how many toppings are you allowed on a pizza for the 2 for 6.99 deal. What size pizza do you get? They need to better train their staff in customer service.
