Fast and reliable as Dominos has always been. I can’t give five stars because they didn’t follow instructions with a recent order. But it was a one-off and in general this is a good location.

I’ve gotten a few orders wrong there that I let slip by. This time, I had an order that was half baked and asked to speak with a manager. I was given a fictitious name and told to call back at a later date, only to find that there was no person by that name who works there….and apparently no history of my ever having placed an order there previously. It was clearly not their first time having lied to customers. Seemed to be employed by mostly teens whenever I visited, so they may not necessarily care about the job or delivering good service to the end-user.

Just don’t, I truly don’t get it how they are still in business. I hate leaving bad reviews but waited 3 hours for our pizza and every time you call they say it’s on the way. Unprofessional

Ordered 2 pizzas, took 2 hours to arrive. Called the store a few times, and every time they said that it will arrive “hot and fresh”, which is their slogan I guess. 2 hours later, it did not arrive hot and fresh. We called the store to get refund, they said the driver would come back to take the order back but heard nothing from the driver or the store after that. Overall, very bad experience.

I ordered 20 wings 10 plain wings and 10 hot Buffalo wings, when I arrived to the store this guy was packing my wings with hands without gloves and I told to the manager why this guy not wearing gloves if he’s touching my food and her answer was so rude she said that that’s how they work.

This place is terrible, don’t waste your time at this place. I gave them four different opportunities and the exact same thing happened four times. It took 2 hours when the application said delivered but the pizza was never delivered. We called and they answered us with a horrible attitude and at the end, after arguing for four and a half hours, they gave us the incomplete order, a cold and old pizza. The worst thing is that they do not return your money so that money is completely lost.

Too bad I can’t give zero stars because that’s what this place deserves!!! My husband waited 2 hours for his order and when he called, all he got was attitude and a rude response to his inquiry. He told the employee to cancel his order and refund his money which she said ok and hung up the phone. No apology and just awful customer service. The kicker is the delivery guy showed up with the pizza….7 HOURS LATER, at MIDNIGHT!!!! We politely refused the order and later fought the charge on our credit card bc they never reversed the charge.
