When you pay for something you have an expectation of getting what you paid for REGARDLESS OF THE PRICE. I ordered two medium pies with extra sauce and cheese, I called them to let them know hey please make sure you add extra cheese and extra sauce on both my pies, i was told my the clerk “if you have it on the app and you want more you will need to pay extra” I had already paid about $25 for two specialty pizzas and I paid about 4 bucks extra on top of that, when I arrive home and open up the box this is what the pizzas looked like….

Yes, Domino’s does not serve proper Italian Pizza, but for an American Pizza Chain, I think they have some really good options. This particular location seems to have received many negative reviews in the last 2 months but my experience has always been Average to Good so far, especially my recent order from last week was really good.

We have ordered a pizza 2 hours ago, the app keep saying it has been delivered but we never got it. Once the app says as delivered, I can’t ask for a refund. When I called the store, the manager was apologizing for the long waiting, but the pizza would be here in 10 minutes. It has been 20 minutes already and nothing. I need to wake up very early tomorrow and the last thing we need is having pizza after 11pm. Don’t order from this store.

This location is completely disgusting! The customer service is HORRIBLE and the food is even worse ! I ordered a chicken Cesar salad from here and my lettuce was OLD AND RED ! I’ve been sending complaints for this location for 1 YEAR ! There are a bunch of CHILDREN working in this location ! The mangers are rude and one even hung up on me . Some don’t speak English so the teenagers that work here have to translate. EVERY SINGLE order I’ve ever made at this location has BEEN WRONG ! Or incomplete! I will be contacting BERGEN COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT IN REGARDS TO THE DISGUSTING QUALITY OF FOOD I HAVE RECEIVED! My lettuce was RED! THE FOOD IS HALF DONE AND THAT MEANS THERE IS PLENTY HEALTH HAZARDS!

We were ready to have dinner. But the problem was we got pasta sauce, with no pasta nor sausage for our Italian Sausage Marinara. There goes dinner lol. But seriously, today there was one person doing a lot of orders. I don’t blame the worker because she was overloaded with doing pizzas with a big line at the store. The company should get more workers or they are going to lose customers like me!

Terrible place . Never waste your money ordering there. Ordered car side , not only nobody came out, employees are just chillin with no care in the world , taking selfies , and order that was supposed to be ready 30 min ago was being just prepared . I had to sit there and wait , when walked in they acted as they never seen me and I wasn’t there 10

Awful customer service and the food is even worse. I picked up so I wouldn’t have to wait the usual 2 hour delivery and the pizza was still cold like it wasn’t even fully cooked. Also the “garlic parmesan” wings were just wings drizzled with the most unappetizing sauce ever. Save yourselves, DO NOT ORDER. Go the extra 5-10 min to go to another branch or even Pizza Hut.

I see so many bad reviews. Those people are lucky to have even received their food. I can’t even get someone to answer my call. It’s the middle of the day and I’ve called over 5 times and keep getting hung up on. There is the occasional silence on the phone and I spoke clearly asking to place an order, so I can prove that I’m not a robot but that didn’t matter. I think the place is a joke or a front for other services, who knows.
