On far to many occasions I’ve had my order delivered late and destroyed. I’ve tried calling but no one picks up. And after reviewing others experiencing the same thing it is clear to see that it is an issue that that news to be brought up to corporate. Either they send someone to do a more thorough investigation or remove the store entirely. Very disappointed.

Y’all always forget the sauces as if y’all never have any, even if I put extra hoping y’all send one at least and nothing still. Which messes with the order because it doesn’t taste the way it would if I had the sauce , making it less satisfying. Disappointing literally the worst Dominos the pizza always looks overly oily and has a weird taste to it Paterson Dominos needs better management, I’d rather drive out to Haledon(anywhere else really).

One Star on for delivery people. Rest don’t even deserve nothing because No nobody doing their job. Out of my 10 order 5 of them is low quality and burnt. What was quality check manager was doing? I called to report and lady who picked the call said that she is sending new pizza. I wait until 12:30 AM and slept on the dinning table. Next time no way. They got the customer because of dominos not because of the people work there. I report to the corporation I really wanna see what the dominos pizza management do about this issue. And I know many other customers are facing the same issues. Who would like to pay 36-37$ for this quality of food??

I try to place a online order I was forced to call understandable I call no pick up now I’m forced to drive not a problem I get there I noticed the phone ringing employee walking right by the phone and no desire to answer which as lead me to believe that the online service was turned off from the store itself I order a chicken specialty with no bacon employee response was a bacon specialty with no bacon I corrected it and was told (the employee) I understand what it is in a incorrect form to a customer. so as I get my order and I was in disbelief I didnt know domino’s is in a recession where orders are given in small portions and thrown not placed in the box I didnt do anything or say anything bad or to my knowledge but i placed my order paid and stood to the side patiently waiting like anyone else would

I made an order of Baked Ziti Chicken and this is what I got in a small dish… $7.00 for a dish that dont even have a quarter of the dish with pasta and when I called to complaint about it the lady on the phone told me that Dominos weight their pasta and that’s why comes so little….At this business, order Pizza or Breadsticks but never order in this place sandwiches or pasta, they are the worst ever
