Loved this location all the time but something I saw , I have to let everyone know, it’s not that I don’t like dogs however when it comes to food preparation there are hygiene protocols that have to follow. Went in to pick up my order and saw one of the costumer walked in with cute little dog and all employees who where making the pizza stopped and came outside to pet and play with the dog and than couple of them went back straight to there station to complete there pizza, big red flag as they did not wash there hands. I hope my feedback will allow the leadership of dominos to re-train there employees on hygienic routines and food contamination protocols.

The girl I had on the phone tonight after my order was delivered to the wrong address was complete perfection. She was so customer service oriented I wanted to pay for her to go on vacation. She went above and beyond for me and I truly appreciate this. Someone give that girl a raise!

I’m giving one star since there is no lower rating. Horrible customer experience provided by “manager in charge” today at 6:00pm Aug 10, 2023. I am a regular customer at this location and I have never felt so insulted in my life until today when I’ve had asked for a coupon to be applied to my order. He was rude and demonstrated no customer service skills. Very bad taste, my family and I will never order Domino’s pizza from this location. I’m escalating this issue. The owner of this franchise should re-evaluate if this person is suitable for this job. He clearly doesn’t care about retaining customers nor hitting the revenue goals.

Ordered here several times during my stay. The pizza and wings were fresh everytime. The sodas are fresh too. They delivered the order within a decent time frame. They did not forget sauces or anything.

If I could do zero Stars I would. We had a $75 order and was missing the garlic bread dipping sauce and icing for the cinnamon sticks. So my husband called to ask if we could get what was missing from our order. The lady that he first talked to said that he could get a refund or a free pizza for the next time. But we just really wanted the icing for the cinnamon rolls and the garlic bread and dipping sauce. Then the supposed driver that delivered our order said that he gave it to my husband. My husband said no I’m sorry you didn’t. The man continued to argue with my husband saying that he did. My husband told him our address and the man then started to rethink. My husband asked to talk to a manager. The manager Seth came on the line and my husband explained the situation. Seth said that we could get a refund. My husband continue to say that we would just like the rest of our order. Seth says sorry I can’t do that we’re really busy right now. My husband says so am I less important than your other customers and Seth told my husband to calm down and if he wanted he would send the stuff out and my husband said yes I would like the stuff and Seth rudely continue to talk to my husband and told him to calm down and what was the big deal or issue since he’s getting what he wants. We order often from Domino’s but will not be ordering from this place again. If that’s the leadership of the store my goodness…..

Today we ordered three medium Hand made Pan pizzas: extravaganzza, Deluxe and a plain cheese, all three were done to PERFECTION. I know it depends upon who is making them, to be honest, last time, the toppings were not enough, but today it hit the spot.. Please keep it up.. and please give our thanks to all your staff who was on the shift. It was an amazing experience.. Usually, I eat two slices, today I ended up eating three :-)..
