I order from here all the time but this is the second time the delivery driver has not delivered my pizza. This time has been the worst of them all. The delivery driver Mohammad was in charge of my delivery today just now and did not call, text, or ring my bell he left my pizza on the STEPS of the building I live in. This was UNACCEPTABLE!!! I called the store Spoke to the manager but was not happy! This driver needs to be FIRED or suspended! I spent $45 to have my food sitting on steps! This has to be taken up with corporate. I am Not ok with the situation and how I was treated as a customer with my order. I’m not sure if I will be ordering from them again!

I ordered a pizza since 1 hour ago,food isnt here, but on the tracker is says delivered. I call the store to see whats going on and a lady tells me its not their normal driver and says she’s sorry…. So then whats the point of the tracker if its going to say delivered and it isnt.

Ordered from this Dominos and not only they brought the pizza cold but they had “updated” on the site that the pizza was delivered and it was not after an hour placing the order called and told them pizza was not delivered and it showed it was… employee said driver wouldn’t leave without calling and that pizza was on the way… horrible service cold pizza pizza burned … HORRIBLE!

I really hate giving negative reviews but this was probably one of the worst delivery order experiences I’ve had. Ordered placed, provided window of 15-25 minutes. I allowed more time knowing it’s a busy weekend. However, almost 40 minutes later nothing. I check the tracker and see it says order complete. I call and was told to give it a moment he just left. I live in EP, yet 30 minutes later no order. I call back as per the manager’s instructions and was told the driver returned, was refusing to complete my order and other customers’ orders at that time. Never have I experienced something like this. Never will I order here again.

Got boneless wings last night, didn’t even eat half of them but i ended up getting super sick and was puking for the majority of the night aka food poisoning. Wouldn’t be surprised if there was contamination, or not even cooked right. DO NOT EVER COME HERE.

Ordered wings, pizza, and a soda online from the Market Street (Elmwood Park, NJ) location for pick up. When the pizza tracker showed my order was complete, I arrived at the store within 10 minutes. When I got there, I waited about 3 minutes and still no one asked if they could help me. I was the only customer in the store yet they ignored me like I wasn’t there. I asked if anyone was working the register and that’s when one of the employees asked my name. They looked around for my order and I heard one worker say “Yo they forgot her wings.” That same worker then lied to me and said “Oh your wings aren’t done yet.” I could clearly see another worker look at me as he placed my wings in the oven. Had to wait 10 minutes, picked up my order, just for them to forget my soda. By the time I got home, the wings were nice and hot, but the pizza had dried out from sitting so long in the store. Unfortunately, this happens all too often from young, unprofessional workers who aren’t adequately trained. I mean everyone makes mistakes, but out of the four workers at the store that day, not one had sense enough to offer an apology. Needless to say I won’t be coming back, I’ll give my business to the family owned pizzerias instead.

Really disappointed and dissatisfied with the delivery service. I requested the driver to come upstairs to deliver my food in exchange for the tip I have given her. She then says she isn’t allowed to come in the building. Not true because Uber eats, Chinese food and other eatery’s including food chains come up to the apartment door. Food is up to par but the service is lacking. She even left the food on the floor instead of meeting us downstairs ! Horrible .
