Nothing seriously wrong, they cut the pizza into squares when I selected pie cut, and the delivery was 10 minutes later than what the app said it would be, makes you wonder what they where doing with your food, since this location doesn’t do order tracking its impossible to tell

Under no reason should a manager call and harass a customer for a poor review. This location first sent our food out with a driver when it was clearly pickup order. Upon understand their mistake the manger tried to give us a cold pizza and cold bread sticks that was driving around Wallingford for a period of time. The other gentleman that was there put a new pizza and bread sticks in for cooking. We waited another 6 mins but not even a sorry from the manger. But wait as the manager walked around the counter he switched the pizza with the cold pizza. We will be reaching out to the corporate on Monday. Do to the holiday weekend the customer care line is off.

I am a huge fan of their hand tossed pizza, it is very reminiscent of the Pizza Hut Pan pizza. It is a bit of greasy type of pizza but in the end grease is nothing but flavor in my opinion. Over last 10 years I have ordered a countless number of pizzas here and they have made very few mistakes in that time. Any time did I am a motional I down they are my go to spot.

I give them no stars but had to put one for google. The person who says he is the manager is horrible and does nothing to help the customer. I ordered a pizza from them and I live 5 miles away. Tracked the drivers location and he was at a motel in North Haven. Called and asked what was going on. The manager yelled at me saying he probably got lost it is my fault and my pizza will arrive when it arrives. Horrible place!!

This is for the Wallingford location.It’s Domino’s. Not a four-star, specialty pizza, cheese stretching from the piece you pick out of the box up to your ceiling type of place. National coupons are not always accepted. Make sure you go to the section on the app that has local coupons so you know the deals. They offer pick up ( pay when i side is an option) curbside,or delivery ( only pay when you order). Pretty basic. If you don’t already know as far as the food quality and taste…. you get what you pay for. Example a two topping medium pizza for 5.99 doesn’t have a ton of cheese. You pay for extra….(how much that includes I have no clue. Never did it). Not a lot of the actual toppings you pick and what you do pick is cut pretty small in size ( bacon, ckn,veg,) although the pepperoni is normal size. As every college kid will tell you. It hits the spot without breaking the bank.
