Wow I just got a delivery and #1 I don’t normally type a review on here but wow those 5 stars was well deserved!! I honestly don’t eat domino’s that much. And I’m not gonna lie I’m talking over a decade ago is probably when I ordered thru them and I was never that satisfied with the food or the service. Domino’s obviously stepped up there game because the ordering online was simple. And I live about 9 miles away so it guessed about 30-35 min. She was here in 21 min with a piping hot pie that again I’m impressed the product is 5x better than I remembered it. The driver handed it to me with a smile and politely said goodbye. I don’t have nothing at all that was even sub-par. Good lookin out Groton Domino’s appreciate it!! You just got a new customer!

Hands down the best dominoes I’ve ever had. Been ordering from here for years and I honestly don’t think they’ve messed up a single time. Quite impressive considering I order anywhere from 2-6 times a month. FOR YEARS. They’re quick, efficient, and even for being “fast food” they’re easily one of the best pizzerias around here. Can’t go wrong with the specialty pizzas and/or the 5-cheese dip with Parmesan bites.

The coupons they offer never seem to work! When I called into the store directly the employees have no idea what they are doing and are no help at all. The website it not clear at all in what is extra and what is included. They have four different sauce options but what they don’t tell you is that to change the sauce is an uncharge. They also leave out the information that some toppings are considered “premium” so count as two or more toppings. Save yourself the headache and order from a local business!!!!

After a few months of blaming me due to lack of communication of I have a sign on the front door I have it in the delivery directions. But it’s my fault the driver didn’t read the directions on the box and the door. How about the person walking around to meet the driver didn’t see that didn’t make sense. I call them told next time will be better update nope. Let it get it together. It’s not a a free delivery at $5.49 each + tip. Just be kind and patient right that’s what you expect from us to you. We are due the same or we just find another delivery driver from a different restaurant.

Ordered online. Went into get my order. Checked my order. There was practically NO cheese on my extra cheese pizza. My pasta bowl again was suppose to have cheese, had ZERO cheese on it. Showed the counter help for him to tell me it’s weighed out and that’s extra cheese. Then called manager over. Manager took it as a joke. No apology for the order being wrong, I asked for my money back and it was an inconvenient for him. As a store manager you should go above and beyond to help the customer not get mad because you were inconvenienced. I wish I had taken pictures before I let them take the food bad. Very dissatisfied. It’s a shame what customer service has come to these days.
