Got a pizza stuck to the top of the box because they crushed the box. The sauce that comes with the cheese sticks, doesn’t actually come with the cheese sticks. The ranch that comes with the wings, doesn’t actually come with the wings either. The wings were covered in an inch of cold parm sauce and undercooked. Pizza was cold. Ruined my night for sure

At this point I don’t like dominos pizza from here. They have messed up too many items, this pizza was poorly cut and mishaped. Thin as can be even burnt a little bit. Too many times the app is not working, you can’t call the store directly. Money problems. You’ll never get two orders done correctly in a row.

My wife and I just ordered a pepperoni and sausage gluten free pizza. I was delivered a regular crust pepperoni only pie.m My wife called and the person who answered argued that it was gluten free and didn’t offer any alternatives and was rude.We will never order again!

So I really love the fact that this place delivers to Charlestown NH. But won’t deliver to my place in Springfield VT! But they deliver food to my neighbors. Who live farther away than I do. Total BS!!! I was told that this problem was going to fixed. Well obviously it hasn’t been! It’s good pizza. But something needs to be done about the delivery system. Because it’s a joke!!!

My boy loves dominos, as do I. Our food has always been spot on, coupons keep it cheap. The only downfall I have experienced is receiving a spicy cheese pizza, & it was a late night, when I called nobody answered and then they were closed. I called the following day to complain and they said that I would have had to call the prior day, which I did and they don’t answer all the way up until close (it was about 1130), but they wouldn’t replace the pizza due to this. My 6 year old obviously wouldn’t eat a spicy buffalo cheese pizza. Another time we had ordered a pep/onions pizza and a cheese pizza, they put onions on our cheese pizza. They did however replace and deliver this mistake. We order on a regular, & everyone is always friendly! We love Tori!

Lately, the customer service has been terrible. I called to see where our order was because it hadn’t arrived, and the girl who answered said “it’s on it’s way…” Without even asking what order I was calling about. She went on to explain that there was only one driver, and that we would essentially have to deal with it– we had made the mistake of prepaying for our order. Normally I would over look this, but seeing as the food hasn’t been very good lately, I felt compelled to complain. I honestly don’t think we will be ordering from the Springfield Dominos in the foreseeable future, if ever.

Every time I order they do an amazing job. We have ordered from Claremont and they are a wreck every time. The kids working in Springfield are really stepping up. If you use coupons in the app pricing is fair. Delivery not always available and the app messes up sometimes. But I’m very impressed with the consistency and quality the staff has put out
