Horrible customer service. Man at the counter was too busy talking to a women to consider helping us. Order was suppose to be done at 647-657. Our order was sitting on the top shelf when we were there to pick it up but we got sick of waiting so went to Dunkin’ Donuts and came back and STILL had to wait until 7:23 to get help. If you want to be straight up ignored, go here!

I am 21 years old at the time of writing this. Today, I worked for 10 hours total, texted my family what is for dinner, and they didn’t know, so they decided to order from this dominos establishment. They said it would be ready in 35-45 minutes, which was a bit of a bummer since I was just clocking out of my second job of the day, so I would have to wait a bit. I arrive at the dominos and wait a bit until it was time. I walk in and ask them about the order. They said it was ready, but it wasn’t my order, so I confronted them on it. Then they said that my order would be ready in another 15-20 minutes. So I wait again. The next time I go in, I ask about it again. It turns out they gave my order to the wrong person. I don’t know how they managed to do that. They told me 15 more minutes. Finally, I got my order, and the food wasn’t even that good.

Ordered pizza at 8:28pm tracker showed order being prepared. 10:00 pm tracker still saying order being prepared. Called the store said it would be another hour cancelled order. I did an online order if they cant fill it then they should let the customer know.

I am a loyal customer to the Rockland Dominos, and always love it every-time I order, but tonight….. no idea what happened, literally a week ago I had the best pizza ever and today it was cold, there was a hole in my pizza which scared me, and instead of the garlic seasoned, hand tossed crust it was thin and flat. They also didn’t give me the garlic twist I asked for, I have to drive 30 minutes to get to a dominos and this really hurt.

I have ordered from this location so many times I couldn’t even begin to count. One thing is always consistent and that is the great customer service. Whether I order to pick up or I get my order delivered, the Domino’s employees are polite, professional, and prompt. The only complaint I have ever had was that the online ordering system was not set up to allow me to order online for delivery to my home; however, a call to the restaurant always remedied this issue and I see now that the problem is corrected. Thank You for the great service and the great product!

Thin crust is the way to go. Pizza is always flavorful. Not greasy! For fast food pizza I would say that they are doing a good job. The just have a hard time finding my house. Hint: it’s the only house with the front porch light on!
