I’m never ordering from this location again. On several occasions I’ve gotten cheesey bread raw with no cheese, pizza that’s literally more soup then anything else, among other things. Today I ordered a feta and spinach pizza and immediately noticed when I got the box that it was leaking alfredo sauce. When I called to have it remade the manager on duty had an attitude and was snippy when I was trying to be polite.

Update, new cheese “dip” delivered like a someone microwaved kraft singles for 30 minutes. Since opening it has been about 80% failure rate on bringing all the food, bringing the right food, cooking the food all the way, being on time, its just constant errors and bad food which is unfortunate because it is the only place open after 10 around houlton

I am always happy with my experience with Houlton’s Dominos. People that work there are nice and the delivery is always quick and the delivery drivers never forget anything and arrive exactly at the time stated on the app. The food whether it’s pizza, pasta bread bowls, chicken or breadsticks everything tastes great and is consistently great each time. Quick service!!! I appreciate the top notch service and consistently great food. This is our weekly pizza night go to and with delivery it’s an easy choice!

My gf and me have ordered quite a few times. we have no real complaints once in awhile theres a small mistake but they are always good about it. yea i will admit sometimes the quality check takes 45 minutes but ita still hot when it arrives. lol but i went in the other day and there was one guy there, and he said he was on deliverys for that night.

I ordered pizza for delivery. Over an hour later, still no delivery even though their tracker app said it had been delivered. So I called to check on it. First, they answered the phone, “Hello?” as if the guy was answering his cell phone and not a business phone. I actually had to ask if it was Dominos. I explained what happened and he said the, “The driver knocked and no one answered so he brought it back.” I suggested maybe the driver went to the wrong apartment, to which the guy said, ” the driver grew up here and knows where he’s going.” So I asked if they could send another pizza or refund my money and he said, “we’ll have the driver call before he leaves to make sure someone is actually there this time.” They were there last time. This was genuinely the most unprofessional experience I have EVER had in Houlton, and that truly is saying a lot.

I usually try to give most places of business multiple chances to make things right or the benefit of doubt before making a review like this due to understanding that things happen that are out of our control. That being said this is NOT the first time we’ve had an issue with this particular domino’s. The one star is for customer service due to my wife calling and explaining our dissatisfaction in not only the quality but the attention to detail in our $75 order only to be met with an over the phone shoulder shrug. Her name wasn’t taken down and no initiative to correct the order at all, quite literally an “ok….”. In my opinion they really need to step up their customer service and pay attention to details of a customer’s order.

Delivery driver drove to the wrong address. Then called me mad and was being rude. When I finally got my pizza it was cold. And he never even apologized for how he acted on the phone.

Got a text message saying my order was ready. Went and waited outside for curbside pickup for over 10 minutes. Went inside and was told it would be another 12 minutes at least. Guy was full of excuses. Another person came in and there order was supposed to be done and they hadn’t even started it. I left a meeting when I was told the order was ready. Pretty frustrating.
