I ordered from the Bath store tonight. I opened my pizza box and there was a slice missing. A lot of it was also stuck to the top,overly greasy and look old. Not impressed. Id prefer if someone doesn’t stick their hands on our food. If they had dropped it they could have said it and gone to get a new one. Or if they were that hungry they could have asked. I would share. But totally not acceptable.

Absolutely horrible customer service! Why have the app and signs say if have an issue with order let us know and we’ll fix it if two employees regularly will not even when stating will wait understand it’s busy! However as someone who works in kitchens if I mess up something it’s on me to make it right! The customer is paying for the food it should be made to their liking otherwise why pay for food not gonna eat!

General manager has a horrible attitude. They got our order wrong and then blamed us. Personally came to our house to tell us to call sooner and when we said it wasn’t our fault and to make it right the next time she argued. It was the only thing open past 9 pm coming back from the casino. The staff was wonderful when we stopped and ordered pizza to go. It was fresh and delicious , still hot when we got back to our hotel.

Absolutely stupid wait times. Put in an order on their app and it said 46-57 minutes after the order was placed. I’ve waited two hours and I’m still waiting. You can’t get through on their phones because it’s just a recording and no one every picks up. Don’t order online for delivery because apparently they don’t have the staff to accommodate, not sure why they’re even offering it. Not worth the two hour+ wait for cold mediocre food.
