Sunday night 7/30/2023 I ordered a large pepperoni pizza over the phone. It said 10-22 minutes. I waited 30 min because Sunday nights are a little busy. I pull up to the drive thru waited 10 minutes no one came to the window. I parked walked in and the guy said oh we haven’t started your order it will be another 20-25 minutes. I waited the time and that was a mistake should have just left. I walk in and there was a cooked large cheese pizza sitting on the counter out in the open. Not covered or under heat. Waited a couple minutes and the guy went to the large cheese pizza and said oh forgot the pepperoni. Heated up a couple pepperonis and placed them on my pizza with his fingers that he just took money with without washing his hands. Boxes it up and says your total is 18 and change. I replied that’s my pizza? “Yeah” the one that’s been sitting out that’s now cold? The one you just heated up a few pepperonis and placed on my pizza? You didn’t even wash your hands. He replied if I make you another one it will be about a half hour!! Are you kidding me. I’m never going back there. I totally understand busy. I understand people make mistakes. When you make a mistake it’s not the customers fault it’s your fault. Make it right. I was so discouraged and discussed. I will definitely be going else where.

The staff are fine but I’m not waiting 2 hours for a pizza had to call and cancel. They say it’s an hour and when you show up it’s gonna take another hour to get your food. The owner needs to start staffing the place properly. I’m sure the staff is over worked and under paid.

Ordered online. Order was sent to wrong location. Manager, Liberty was amazing. Put my order in the oven and had it in 10 minutes. I recommend the Gardiner, Maine location. Awesome service!

Ordered 2 medium pizzas. I had a mushroom pizza, they must have run the mushrooms right by. I ordered hand tossed got a thin crust. My friend had very little sauce on his. His crust was like tissue paper. It took 1/2 hour to get here. I live about a mile from the store

Service is touch and go. Food is consistent. If you are picking up an order, don’t forget any sauce you ordered. They often forget to give it to you and they usually forget to send it if you are getting it delivered. I’ve never been let down by their food. This place does a ton of orders and there is a reason why people go here.

This review isn’t for the customer, this is for Corporate. Shame on you for allowing this store to fall into such a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The wait times here are ALWAYS an HOUR or more, the delivery drivers are always “losing” receipts and guessing about your total, usually to the tune of $10 extra!

Very expensive for regular days. Half price pizza good deal this week. Pretty good hand tossed pizza, but pan pizza not so good here. Bland and way too much cheese. Domino’s is nothing like it was in the 90s.
