Is the only thing good about my dinner from domino’s tonight What’s my delivery driver alex very kind and sweet person . . The food was horrible. I ordered a spinach chicken Alfredo pizza and they had so much Alfredo sauce. I couldn’t even taste cheese or anything. But alfredo sauce Cheese cheese sticks was pretty burnt not Happy at all.

Standish ME store. Worse manager/Customer service AFTER BEING DOUBLE CHARGED!!! . We order and had Dominos delivered the other night. They billed us twice for the order. Once without a tip, then the whole thing again and added the tip. I looked back through the last month only and it happened three times!! I called the Standish ME store yesterday, there was no manager there, no one could help. So I called back today, Sunday April 30, 1:00 PM. The manager was very rude, told me it wasn’t their fault and to call my bank. I told him that I did and it is indeed Dominos fault since they billed twice. He exact words to me, which he was on my speaker phone were “Well, maybe you should take a hint and not order from us anymore” and hung up!! This is SO far from being over, I will contact whoever I need to and post this review where ever I need to.

Ordered online over the weekend, when I arrived to pickup the order the store was pure chaos. Employees had no idea what the status of my order was despite my order receipt saying it was in the oven AND me telling them that the pizza was in the oven. They employees were all asking each other what was going on with orders and what pizzas went with what customers.

I’ve had a couple rocky experiences, but they have really come together as a team. My only thing I will say is.. the chicken wings are supposed to be smothered in sauce. We spend good money on this product and it’s important you are getting it right.

I thought their pizza sauce sucked but it’s just Standish. Scant ingredients, very little cheese and sauce tastes rancid. Go to the Gorham location and you’ll think you ordered from an entirely different chain. In Gorham you get a decent cheese pull, sauce that doesn’t taste like it was blended with cardboard and more than 5 pepperonis. I have been ordering from Standish for years and just thought I didn’t like the pizza sauce. It took a couple orders from Gorham to realize that something is just off with Standish. It really does taste old. It’s pretty disgusting.

Horrible the manager started yelling at me after the second pizza I got was wrong and then when. My second pizza came all my toppings were literally piled into one side and I was very upset and this guy was ridiculous @ standish dominos

21/2 hours for a delivery 5-6 miles away from store. Called store twice first they say 20 more mins than 15. That was 20 more mins. Never again

This isn’t even about the food or anything like that, I get having a rough day but guess what, you’re in the customer service industry….at least pretend to be having a good time, maybe I don’t know. Walked in to grab the food my fiancé ordered online, as I was walking in I said hello, the kid who was at the register didn’t even say a word to me, told him my name for the order as he never prompted me for my name, then asked the very nice gentleman behind making the pizza how long on the order which he said 15 mins which is totally fine like I said this isn’t about the wait or the food it’s the lack of customer service from this kid, he then looks at me and repeats what the guys have said making the pizza as if I couldn’t hear them…if you don’t care about your job fine a new one. The stars are for the guys who are making the pizza not the kid who was working the register.

This is literally the 3rd time I have ordered the pasta bowls, and got very little pasta they cover the bottom of the tin dish they put it in and that is about it, last time I actually did complain and they made it right and brought us new ones, but honestly, it shouldn’t take me complaining to make them do it right, I paid the delivery fee and a tip totaling $35 and got 3 pasta bowls and a drink and every one of the bowls the pasta barely covered the bottom of the bowl, Probably won’t order there anymore 🙁 it’s like one of the only places that delivers and this is a shame 🙁
