Normally, I like the dominoes brand, but I’ll really have to rethink ordering from the Newport Domino’s people again. I ordered a large pepperoni extra sauce, extra cheese. It did not have enough sauce, nor enough cheese much less extra.

My orders are always right, always fast, and they’re the only pizza delivery in Newport, and always have decent coupons. They even delivered fast during the recent nor easter lol, so that in itself gets a thumbs up

I ordered a handmade personal pan pizza with extra sauce on the pizza, as I have ordered numerous times.. each time there is less and less sauce on the pizza. Last night when I got home with my pizza we were all very disappointed, maybe 1 tablespoon of sauce on the ENTIRE pizza. Dry, and flavorless. 🙁 Won’t be going back..

Disappointing. One of my pizzas wasn’t even cut all the way. Like the employee just got tired in the middle of cutting it and just gave up. The sandwiches lacked everything. Just bread and a bit of meat. Again… Extremely disappointing!

We order from this Domino’s from time to time because it’s the only restaurant that delivers to my house. We have had numerous mistakes made by their delivery people. Today they blamed GPS for the guy going to the wrong town entirely. Other delivery drivers can find the house but not this guy. When I called to talk to the manager she was angry and rude and defensive and then I talked to the general manager who was also angry rude defensive and all she did was offer to cancel the order she said we are humans we make mistakes. With that said we will not be ordering from them ever again. I understand times are hard right now and it’s hard to find good employees but to not own their own mistake and blame the GPS over and over is just ridiculous. I was told the delivery driver is old he has a bad hip…… And then they blame GPS… Took this man 30 minutes to get from George’s Mills to Sunapee. The guy just got here. Cold pizza. FYI driver Dominos doesn’t deliver to George’s Mills.
