Ordered my food sat down at table. ( I was only one in restaurant) 30 mins went by and I asked if my pizza was almost ready….the lady I ordered from said the order was never placed after I have already paid and ordered from her…..needless to say I spent my whole lunch break waiting for food the b###h never submitted….got refunded and left …didn’t have any time left on break to get food elsewhere…..if I could leave less then a star I would……pitiful

All the employees have been friendly each time I see them, both delivery drivers as well as those who work in the store. Online ordering is quick and convienent. and 9 times out of 10 my food is delivered within the promised time frame. If, for some reason or other, there is a delay Dominos will email you a coupon for a free pizza the next day as an apology, even if you havent complained or reported any issue. So that was a pleasant surprise.

Domino’s has to be one of the worst pizza places. The wings taste like they are a bit sour and the pizza is disgusting. I have literally had better pizza from the frozen food section than this place. The drivers seem to have better things to do rather interacting with their customers. I even had one driver squealing his wheels when he left my home. Safe yourself time and skip this one, MUCH better places in town and at the store.

This review is strictly based on my experience from 8/17/22 at the Franklin, nh location. All previous times the pizza and service have been great.. My first complaint(which may just be my tastebuds being wacky)is; the pepperoni tasted different. It wasn’t expired, it just tasted different…like as if they changed brands or something. The second and last complaint was that the crust was very thin in some sections, even my daughter commented how thin and floppy the center was on 2 out of the 3 pizzas we got. We decided to try having 1 of our pizzas cut in “squares” (I assume they don’t do this very often because it ended up in several small(2-3 bites each) triangles and other shapes. The crust on this pizza was fine.

Normally I love this place but for some reason the franklin nh store has very incompetent employees. Everytime my husband and I order from this store they can’t even get the simplest of instructions correct we always ask for no garlic crust and they always make our pizza with garlic crust, our pizza is almost never hot it’s almost always Luke warm or cold. Wish I could have something positive to say but they make it very hard too
