The One The Only
So I ordered food and it got delivered to the wrong house, called and the Manger was so and rude basically was calling me a lier because his delivery driver said he dropped it off to the right address. Clearly he must be under the influence to get the address wrong. So unprofessional that Manger is with his no customer service skills. What happened to customers always right, and the delivery guy is on camera delivering it to the wrong address STILL SAYING HE BROUGHT IT TO THE RIGHT HOUSE. WHAT A JOKE IM SO UPSET with the way the MANAGER TRY TO HANDLE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

No bread bowl for the pasta and looks half full not a full bowl. Sandwiches are disappointing . Not much sauce or cheese on chicken parm and no ranch and very little bacon on chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Manager not much help. Not sure what was going on tonight but they are not on their game.

This location is awful. I usually don’t do reviews, but I’ve had enough. Almost every time I order a buffalo chicken pizza, the buffalo sauce is missing! Why even offer it if they continuously forget? Also, the garlic dipping sauce was placed upside down on one of the pizza boxes, which was open… and leaked.. all over. All the girl at the counter said was “yeah, sorry about that” and didn’t offer to wipe off the mess or provide a new sauce. Thankfully I had my own napkins in the car to take care of the mess myself.
