This rating is for person name Samanta who was rude while taking order. Problem was not with the food but she was completely rude while taking order. Domino’s have to teach their staff, how they have to treat their customers.

Where do I start?? …3x I’ve ordered from here and I’ve regretted it EVERY SINGLE TIME. I tried ordering from a diff domino’s this last time but since it was through the app & online, it chose this store again. Omg. 1x pizza wasn’t fully cooked. Another time we were at a hotel and waiting outside for the driver to show up or call us. After seeing a dominos car driving away (yelled out to them and followed behind vehicle but they didn’t stop or see/hear me). Then checked app & it said delivered. I called the store, was told the driver was still out for delivery & that there had been another order at the hotel & that that must’ve been the driver I saw. After about 10mins I got a call back from the store who said the driver said she left it in front of the door. I found that extremely unpleasant seeing as it’s a hotel hallway w/ all kinds of traffic or the possibility for someone to take or mess with it. Before Covid I wouldn’t have liked that, nvm now. Regretted tipping as much as I did online since then they seem to not care about customer service. I had provided my phone number & told them to call upon arrival. I got the new apple sauce cinnamon twists. In my cart it said that it also came with icing dip so I didn’t add any. It didn’t end up coming with any icing. Barely any cinnamon sugar stuff, basically dough twists. This last time I ordered the garlic twists with the 5 cheese dip & cinnamon twists w/ apple AND added icing dip. Cinnamon twists were good. The 5 cheese dip though, never again! Nothing like the pictures or commercials. It was like cottage cheese texture, not melty stringy cheese. There was a huge section (about 1/2) that was just a puddle of butter on top of the “5 cheese dip”. Boxes covered in grease & got all over me. Once again $30-$40 in the trash. I’ll never again order from this dominos or maybe any dominos again ever. I have NO QUESTION why this dominos has such a low star rating. Maybe some ppl from the Hyannis dominos should head over to the Yarmouth one and teach them how to make/prepare food and how to deliver. I’d say order from here if you are thirsty and want a bottled soda. Can’t really screw that up. Eat ANYWHERE else! It’s actually making me nauseas taking these last pictures.

Ordered 2 sandwiches…steak and cheese …the steak was nowhere to be seen and what was there was burnt. These days take out is a luxury …my niece bought us dinner and I feel bad she had to pay for it.

South yarmouth domino’s is the worst!! I’ve given them many chances! And is never EVER!! A good experience!! The pizza is not cooked all the way! And they can’t even cut it into slices! They just make cutting marks in the pie! And that’s good enough! THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE! AND HAVE NO SENCE OF BEING PROFESSIONAL! THIS IS THE WORST DOMINO’S ON CAPE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! YOU WILL REGRET IT ! EVERYTIME! FACT! I’ve ordered from this domino’s for about 15 years! And this new generation is absolutely a huge failure! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SOUTH yarmouth domino’s! You will be EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!

Hungry and tired, after a longg day at work, driving home ..I called this place to order my well deserved meas of the day. After listening to the automatic offers for about 2 minutes, reminded that they are short staff and if you can-order online, then being reminded a few times to make sure you tip your delivery driver, (even though you are calling to order a pick) to have someone pick up the phone an say:” Dominos, please order online. “, then hung up on you. I would have ordered online, if I outdoor, but encouraging people to order online while driving…this is not safe and very disappointing .

So never done a review on them but need to now, one time few months back, ordered from wrong location in Yarmouth, after realizing this, the manager said go pick it up at the other store, even though it was to be delivered. Know help of any kind. Today we used a special that was to be part of our order (second time this has happened) after placing the order and realized the price did not reflect the special, called the manager he said (you must have done it wrong, nothing he could do) I asked if he started my order he said yes, I was going to cancel. Customer service sucks!!

Usually not one to leave review for a place like this, only reason I am is because of the inconsistency of the food and how sick I got. I usually only get dominos when I have my nieces & nephews over so they aren’t hard to please with food. Over the last 3 times I got it, one time it was delicious, the second time it wasn’t bad but there was no sauce on it, and I ordered yesterday and have never received such greasy food. Got a medium with bacon, mushroom, and pepperoni. Grease went through the whole box we had to clean off the table when we finally threw it out and hope the stain goes away off the wood. The pizza had so much cheese on it we couldn’t pick it up without everything on pizza falling off. Had to use fork and knives, we all had one piece and then all of us had extremely awful stomach aches for the rest of the day and night. I’ve never gotten so sick from pizza, nevermind only one slice.
