Whoever answered the phone tonight after i stood outside waiting for my delivery for 20 mins, all he did was argue with me about why i didn’t have the app and call the driver….INSTEAD OF FIGURING OUT HOW I WAS GETTING MY FOOD… ya know- A SOLUTION!! If you dont like your job get a new one please ! A good attitude goes a long way and your customer service is terrible.

This Dominos had a great deal on pizza, but the experience was poor. I came in because my order was done on the tracker and it was a pick up order. The staff saw me and didn’t greet me, it seemed like they purposely looked away. This lasted about 3 minutes. Once greeted I told them I was there for a prepaid pick up to which the employee said “oh” and then walked away for another minute.

Will be speaking with corporate I went in today the cashier is handling food without washing his hands. I asked for my order to be cancelled they refused. The manager or another staff member was yelling at a woman who came to check in her order. Even McDonald’s uses gloves I will never come back to this establishment and I will be letting all of my coworkers know not to there as well.

They were fast. Perhaps i ordered the wrong pizza. Hand tossed. No actual crust and so soaked in oil i just ended up tossing it out. Went to another local pizza place which was very Good. I tried dominos once. And my last time. Truly disgusting.

Good pizza at a great price, for carry-out orders with the always-available online coupon – large pizza with three toppings for $8. Also like the hot wings a lot. Orders are almost always prepared very quickly.

For the most part I’m very happy with this Dominos. They occasionally forget the dipping sauce but other then that I’m happy. The manager (Andy) at my location was quick to respond when I had an issue with on line ordering. He was great.

I work at a Hospital office (not a huge Hospital building) – I ordered Pizza for lunch at 1200 pm – spent my lunch outside waiting for a driver that never shows up . When called back they claimed they came and called my desk but got the main line of the hospital . The caller advise that they will come again , this time provided my cell. waited over an 1hr call them back , they claim that they did show up and I did not pickup. My cell never rung and they argued like its my fault and said they will not be coming back again. I went to pick up my pizza myself(10 mins drive), paid full price including delivery without even an apology . they took the full payment and argued that IIIIIIII WHO WAS HUNGRY GAVE THEM THE WRONG NUMBER . After finally receiving this pizza it was COLD I couldn’t even enjoy it . usually I love Dominoes but this has been my worst experience ever wit . its not the company its that location that I am talking about !!!!! So you guys can interpret their services but to me they have no compassion , they do not care about their customers. That’s what I got from this HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Horrible service. Waited an hour for my food to be delivered and it never came. Called and came to the store and they insisted that I was lying. Even offered to prove that no driver ever called to confirm an address. Hostile workers that clearly need to be re-evaluated. If you’re looking for pizza in Needham go to Sweet Tomatoes a block away
