Can someone please contact me? I had a horrible experience on Sunday and have been trying to contact someone every since. The cheese on my pizza slid halfway off and 3 items I ordered were missing. I’ve tried the app (offered me a free pizza or 20% off the next order but there was no recourse for the missing items), the store (I was told to call back when the GM is there at night but I am at work at night), the email submission (which doesn’t work), and a 1-800 number I found online (which doesn’t work). I don’t want to put my personal information on here, so I’m not sure what to do – if possible please respond via this channel and I will give you my contact info. My order was placed at this store on 07/03/22 at about 9pm if that helps you look up the info. My name above is on the order except the first name would be under Caroline.

Worse service ever the wait is the worse, and don’t get me starting in the delivery driver Ronald who always brings the pizza cold. I just place a order today 9/22 and he didn’t even bother to call/ text me or ring the bell just left my pizza in the floor, if it wasn’t because I got a delivery from Amazon I wouldn’t have know the pizza was there so if you are reading this and placed an order there please make sure it is not from Ronald

This is the third (last) time ordering from this location. Estimated delivery time was max 54-67 min. It took just shy of 120 min. Everything was soggy, undercooked and cold. I will no longer order from here again. I definitely do not recom mend this location to anyone. Side note, Manuel, the delivery person, was very friendly and apologized.

I saw that two people who arrived 15 minutes later had received their order. I immediately asked about my order the lady didn’t know, she lost or forgot my order. I had been waiting for over 40 minutes. I preferred to cancel, the worst service I’ve ever seen. Stay away from that bad place. They don’t deserve any star.

First and LAST time eating here. It will be more tempting to save the 20 bucks next time. They need to actually CUT through three pizza that would be nice. Also WHERE’S THE SAUCE?! The sauce was hardly detectable and that’s pathetic. I had to open some jar sauce just to have any sauce with the pizza. I ordered online and picked up promptly and it didn’t look fresh and hot. It looked dry and barely warm. Heating holders broken? Eating it was the most dry, unsatisfying pizza I’ve had in years. Unfortunately I realized that with so few stars this place needs serious help putting out quality product. Since things don’t seem to be improving maybe a call to corporate would motivate?

I absolutely loved it!! I ordered a handmade pan pizza w/ extra cheese & extra onions..THE BEST PIZZA! Also I took a chance & ordered their 16 piece chicken with different dipping sauces..another great choice! You get an enormous amount of food for your money. Always check their online coupons for great deals and if you order from them often enough you’ll earn points toward free food.

I used to wonder why they had such bad rating now I am wondering how they are still in business. Tells me on the order 64 minutes then tracking changed to 3 hours!? No customer service can help and store doesn’t answer. My fault for trying not shopping small business. Won’t make that mistake again.
