It’s funny because I always order from this store and I just called and let them know how my cheese was sliding off my pizza and he said he cannot help me because I complained before how rude and unprofessional I definitely won’t be ordering from this dominos any more. I wasn’t even trying to get anything free either I just wanted them to know.

Don’t go to the Domino’s on Norfolk Rd in Holbrook if you have food allergies. Ordered a gluten free pizza for my daughter with Celiac disease but they gave me a regular pizza. Tried calling the store but was hung up on and then no answer until my husband was walking through the door. The manager made the gluten free pizza but then put it on the counter with regular pizzas and cut it with the same knife used on other pizzas. My husband pointed out the cross contamination. The manager said she wasn’t making another pizza, canceled our order and told my husband to get the f out. No refund either. Dominos customer service is a joke. Shame on you Domino’s. Do better.

I’ve given this place so many chances and it seems to be the same thing every time. Why do i have the option to add and remove ingredients for my food if they DON’T READ THE INSTRUCTIONS! This was the last straw, i received something with jalapenos that can’t be eaten, meat i didn’t order on a pizza that can’t be eaten and the wrong dipping sauce for the bread. Honestly this restaurant just doesn’t try and they don’t care.

We asked for overcooked pizza, it was undercooked. Waste of money no one would eat! Also the girl working the counter I believe name is Jamie very not people friendly, you work for the public at least acknowledge the customer! Don’t think I’ll be getting dominios in the future

Jamie made my pizza, and i have to tell you, it was absolutely perfect in every way!!!, new york crust, marinara, pepperoni, onion, green pepper, the marriage of flavor was apex! NO HEARTBURN, NO ACID REFLUX from it, a first for me. She made the most perfect pizza domino’s could ever put their name on!
