Absolutely terrible!!!! Ordered and PAID online and order was cancelled for some reason, no explanation. Called and reached a call center somewhere and they promised our order in about 45 minutes. The store wouldn’t answer the call from my husband’s number (the number associated with the online order) but picked up my call and immediately transferred my call as well. Waited and again….never showed. We called again and they said we’d ordered after the store had closed. We ordered at 11:00 pm and the store closed at 2:00am. They took our money and never showed up with our order. I wish I could give this place zero stars. Horrible!

Did not deliver the correct order. Instead delivered about 1/4 of the amount of food I ordered and will currently not pick up the phone. Ridiculous service. Learn how to pack an order correctly.

This store is awful, I’ve been waiting over an hour last when it initially said it was delivered. When I called I was told I was wrong and it didn’t say that a d would be leaving shortly to arrive in twenty minutes, that was over half an hour ago. It has been cooked and ready to deliver for an hour and a half. I would not order from this location again.

I placed an order and it says it was completed but I did not receive the order. When I called it was 11pm and the woman on the phone told me it would be another 40 minutes and they just marked it as complete. She also said she couldn’t give me a refund and hung up the phone. I guess I’ll have to contact dominos customer service tomorrow morning to try to get refunded for an order that didn’t come.
