I actually order pizzas from dominos regularly. But the contents of cheese, sauce and vegetables were comparatively less. Dominos pizza stores have small packs of seasoning. So, i believe that would’ve made my moment a bit much better.

The app keeps crashing on my phone so I’m not able to use any email coupons. I called the store in Burlington and the manager was so helpful! She got my order to within $2 of my original total, which is pretty darn good! Excellent customer service!

Large pizza had to be made with a small patty. Would have been smarter to make 2 smalls. Had at least a 3″ x 4″ hole in middle with no crust, and toppings glued to box. Ordered extra cheese, definitely did not get it.

Multiple unpleasant experiences with this particular store. The pizza is not baked to completion and specific instructions on orders are not followed. Even the cheese was not completely melted on the pizza. The cheese bread still showed uncooked dough on the ends.

Every time I’ve ordered a pan pizza from this place it tastes like industrial cleaner. I don’t know who is cleaning the pans but they may want to try rinsing them.

Ordered a single handmade pan pizza around 1am and it was not properly cooked. Even the cheese was not fully melted . It was too late to head back out in the cold for a refund.

Very bad experience with this dominos will never go again so I spent over $100 having B- party for my daughter and there was hair on her pizza it was a steak and cheese one and some kind of little bones. I called to let them know and talked to management and they didn’t seem concerned. Never had an issue like this before so disgusted.

Ordered Bacon, jalapeno cheesy bread Sunday 4/28/19 around 8:30pm and this is what we got.. Burnt, barely any cheese, no bacon, no jalapeno. I don’t know what happened to the cook that he/she can send something like this out to a customer but wow. We didn’t complain that night since we didn’t want anyone messing with our food due to a complaint. We ended up throwing it away and making our own food instead. What a huge disappointment right before Game of Thrones.

Handmade pan pizza is the main reason I visit Domino’s. It has been amongst a very few ‘reliable’ favorites, but that perception is changing rapidly. In the last few orders, the pizza dough/ base wasn’t baked properly. A noticeable portion of it used to be entirely raw, but I was okay with removing that and eating the rest.
