Ordered a medium thin crust pizza with extra buffalo sauce. Couldn’t believe my eyes when I opened the box. Didn’t think I had to specify what I meant by extra. Looks like someone poured the entire bottle of buffalo on the pizza. Had to use several paper towels to remove the sauce. After which the pizza wasn’t edible. Would have called it in but last time I did that nothing was done and girl I spoke to didn’t seem to care.

First and foremost I never post reviews, probably the slowest mentally and physically people to ever run a dominos. Upon arrival I don’t know if it was a language barrier but I told the cashier my order number. She didn’t understand and 3rd time asking I brought up my order number on my phone. She then found it. I got a 3 topping pizza… and when I got home i came to discover the pizza only had 1/3 toppings. The people there collectively share 5 brain cells. And that’s generous. But, you get what you pay for so.

This is a small domino’s pizza place on West Boylston Street with excellent customer service. ( I love that!) The staff helped me with my whole order ,step by step , because I had a Verizon Up Domino’s gift card that I didn’t know how to redeem. Anyways, it was stress free for me, thanks to Kevin. It’s a very busy place with busy staff all around and it’s only Tuesday! My Food was kept hot until I was ready to take it! Me and two other people sat in to eat our pizza, chicken and bread. See the pics in this review . It is the average fast food pizza place, but I do love excellent customer service no matter where we go! This place gets a 5 star from me!!! 🙂 The manager Kevin was great! You can tell this place has a positive and good service !! Stop by and Say hi to Kevin , the manager and Andre, the Assistant manager. Oh yeah, one more thing…. look for coupons they always have some! Great deals to lower your cost! I create my own pizza 🙂

This place seemed to be on point with our pizza orders at first. But as of lately they just keep messing up my pizza. They either forget a topping or straight up being cheap when putting toppings on. I even called and talked to a guy named Kevin who listened to my complaint about an issue with my previous order. He reassured me my pizza would be done right but to all avail it wasn’t done right. I actually opened up the box right there in the store and showed him the issue. He then said he would make another but i didn’t want the rest of my family to have cold pizza for dinner. I got home and literally one slice had steak on it. The rest of the pizza had none. I wont ever order a pizza with steak from this place again. Its not worth it. They will put everything else on your pizza except steak. My pizza wasn’t even completely cut properly. I had to take out my pizza cutter and cut it again. Maybe this dominoes need some dumbbells in the break room for arm strengthening. Staff here be struggling to cut pizza. Please do better Dominos pizza on Westboylston st.

I was very disappointed. I placed my order for the Shrewsbury location at around 10:50pm and for some reason it got send to the wrong store. This is what I received, a burnt pizza with barely no cheese. I know it was a late night order but that’s not an excuse. According to the app it was on quality check for 20 min by Ali so plenty of time to check and see that more than half the pizza was burnt. I spend 22$ for just a cheese pizza. Extremely frustrating and a complete waste of money. I hope and will receive a refund as we had to completely throw it out.
