I ordered a 4 cheese Wisconsin pizza with pepperoni and the cbr tater tots and cinnamon knots and sad to say the only good thing I have to say is the delivery driver greg was on time and polite. My pizza was barely cut that I had to go to the store and get a pizza cutter. Went to get a slice and chesse ripped off due to the pizza not being entirely cut.

I’m a frequent flyer at Domino’s. They have some pretty decent food, they’re fairly priced and so far, their customer service has been pretty good. I also love that you can order online and be able to pay cash when delivered.

Called at 6:15 for an order to be delivered to great wold lodge, was told delivery would take 1 hour. Called at 7:45 to check the status of delivery, was told the store canceled my order because even though the hotel is 3.5 miles away, it is out of their delivery range. If I did not call to check in on my order I would have never known, nobody in the store thought it important to call and let us know.

Horrible customer service..and I guess they rather throw the food away than take a $100 dollar bill. Since when domino’s has a policy of can’t take 100’s? Cause that was they’re excuse.I’m impressed they still standing. Luckily for the owner is a chain, because none of the people working there knows what they are doing. Sad!

Would never recommend this place. They don’t know what they are doing. Ordered pizza for safety week for my 3rd shift For a delivery at midnight on the 18th. They didn’t deliver or make because they claimed that we were out of their area. They are only 2 miles from the company. 11 Minutes away! Called the 18th during the day to talk to a manager. They said they were sorry the night manager did not make them or deliver them and said they would be delivered on the 19th at midnight. GUESS WHAT! they did not deliver them.

I ordered online. It came on time, no problems. Being honest, not the best wings in town. Also, it’d be nice to try the small pizza as a thin crust. Why exactly can’t you make the crust thin on a small? Thank you for the quick service. Teach your drivers how to make customers feel special. I didn’t feel special. I felt like “another quick stop”.

I only rate 2 stars because as bad as the customer service was, the food was still delicious as always. I ordered curbside carry out from the app, arrived on time for my estimated pick-up time, and then proceeded to wait 20 minutes in my car while inside unbeknownst to me the person in charge of bringing out curbside orders was too lazy to look out the front window to see my car. I know this because when I went inside after waiting over 20 minutes the excuse I got was “I couldn’t see the car outside the window,” …I could see my car clear as day and was standing at the same desk they were. Do better Domino’s that’s absolutely ridiculous.

This is a great local Domino’s. They are the only one in town and get extremely bust. The phones get shut off when they have too many orders and they know it will be longer than a 2 hour wait. The manager is extremely kind and posts updates on the towns local Facebook page if there are issues. They are often understaffed yet they continue to work and do their best. For a chain pizza joint, I have always been happy with them. Keep up the great work and I always appreciate the honesty!

Last 3 deliveries all got screwed up. Paying for dipping sauces that I never get, ordering thin crust pizza and getting a regular one. Not hard to double check an order like cmon
