DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE – horrible service throughout, no matter what day or time. It is the only place open late that delivers in the springfield area sadly. The chicken alfredo breadbowls are amazing at any other dominos but this one always is greasy, slathered in butter, overcooked or has raw pastry dough. Their customer service is ABHORRENT and non existent no matter what nice reply theyve responded to this comment with. THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING TO FIX AN ORDER, ORDER AT OWN RISK. They have given me salad with no dressing, salad with incorrect dressings, they cut a circular pizza into TRAPAZOIDAL shaped slices. Idk if it was a joke or their intentionally trolling but I dont appreciate it. Deliveries have been 2 hours late and they still expect for the food to be paid for. The corporate side doesnt care about their employees and one of my friends Cory was stabbed to death delivering pizza and their corporate structure is so repulsively disgusting they should be sued for negligence if im being perfectly honest.

Didn’t even bother ordering after getting to the screen to pay and seeing a $5.25 “surcharge” and a $5.25 delivery charge. No sense paying $10.50 for the right to order substandard pizza on top of the actual cost of the product when there are actual good local pizza places that don’t bury you in fees.

After gettin my order wrong we were given the proper pizza. The call center dominoes uses is not up to par I was almost forced to pay more money for my order even though it was dominoes fault. If they didn’t fix the order for free this would be a 2-3 star rating

The delivery guy clearly dropped the box on the porch so that the lid cracked open. It is July. Bugs crawled in and crawled all over the pizza. I even warned the store about this ahead of time… Poor service.

First and last time getting freon here. I come in no one greets me and I stand want waut for about 10-15 minutes before I’m even liked at. The only reason they spoke to me was because 2 other people came in and got their orders before me. Making pizza with no gloves. My pizza wasn’t even cut, just a big pie I had to cut myself. Open the latest in the area and is the cheapest on the area, this is the only dominos i’m comfortable ordering from anymore because the rest of them have horrible customer service and even worse hygiene. I bought a medium two topping handmade pan pizza, it was supposed to be a deal for $9.99, but I got premium ingredients(chicken and bacon) so it went up a couple dollars, but overall great service and good food!!
