The worst Domino’s I ever ordered from. I ordered thru the app while staying in a hotel. After about 45 minutes the app showed it was delivered. It wasn’t! I called the store to find out where my pizza was. I was put on hold. After 30 minutes I hung up and called back to speak to a manager was put on hold again. After 35 minutes I gave up. I called my credit card company and had the charge removed.

It could have gave a 5 star .. don’t know if he’s a manager or supervisor but Some guy with a Santa clause beard name Sisco sorry if I spelled the name wrong.. he’s just really rude , I walked in he never even greeted me ..hew was waiving his head from side to side really fast like if I’m doing something wrong .I was walking to the bathroom but I was still far from the bathroom so I didn’t get a chance to get close enough to the bathroom door to read the sign on the bathroom saying it’s closed .. but the way he was just talking to me like I’m some kind of child saying you don’t see the sign telling me bathroom closed with some attitude .. I don’t care if he greets or not but he needs to learn how to talk to people and have better customer service skills.. specially if he’s some kind of leader.. the man need to have some manners I don’t know who he think he is .

So disappointed by this! So much money spent and lost. To start the delivery driver delivers our food and he realizes he has the wrong order. So I call poor customer service as my husband was told the right driver is on his way and at least it’ll still be warm.. REALLY!! From someone that worked many years in the industry bad move. On top of that there was no “premium chicken “ on the pizza or “shaved Asiago cheese”. Now I know if it we’re anyone of those workers at domino’s ordered from a restaurant and receives the wrong order or told what we were told you’d be mad.

I don’t live here just stayed @ a hotel on our way home never reviewed a place either lol but my kids wanted dominoes so I was like whatever…. Worst 50$ ever spent took like 2+ hours watched the gps on driver just going all over.. freezing food etc Ik it’s just dominos def didn’t have high standards but damnnnn Springfield location get it together

Whenever you order a hand toss pizza from dominos your expecting the garlic crust, my pizza did not have that. I ordered bbq wings for my child and it was a drizzle of bbq sauce. Lastly I ordered the new loaded tater tots (Philly steak) and this is what I received cheesy tots with roughly two pieces of meat. You can tell the employees either don’t care about the job or the quality of food they put out. Horrible. Delivery driver Andres was friendly, and punctual. Definitely don’t recommend this dominos to anyone.
