I have never had an issue with this particular location. However today I received a chicken Alfredo bowl that looked like this. I called the manager “ and as rude as she could be, she explained that she personally made it and weighted it out and that’s how it’s supposed to be” I was very nice and asked if I could send her a picture of it because surely if she was a manager like she said she would have found this to be unacceptable. I said do I really need to call corporate over a bowl of Alfredo. “ I couldn’t care less “ I will never order from this dominoes again just because of her.

Unfortunately, this was an ok place to get a quick bite when we didn’t have anything for dinner. Decent cheap food. But it only takes one time, one experience to ruin everything. The audacity of this place in responding to a customer service is nearly beyond measure. My wife was spoken to like a child when asking where the food was, as it was taking longer than a normal delivery. It arrived as she was on the phone. Fine, we hung up. As we got the crushed boxes we were a little disappointed, but we opened the plain cheese and the cheese was smushed on to the top of the box. Not good, but not beyond terrible. Gave the kids a slice each. Then we opened the other box and all the toppings were on the roof of the box. Unacceptable. We called back and started to tell the “manager” that it took a long time and the pizza was smushed, cool, and unacceptable. The “manager” said “didn’t you just say you didn’t get the pizzas?”. The person was speaking with an attitude. Such as it was our problem the pizza was cold and crushed… then we asked for a refund and they said they would pick up the pizza. Then the person got the real “manager” and my wife explained everything all over. The new “manager” said if the pizza was good enough to give to the kids why do we need a refund. Talked down too and didn’t help solve a customer issue. Would not issue a refund because of the kids having a slice. Terrible customer service. Just come get the pizza that took about an hour to get, and we tracked it in the app and it took the driver 30+ mins to go approximately 2 miles. They said they would not refund. My wife hung up. Eventually, I called, and as someone who helps runs a small business, I could never talk/treat a customer this way. I was furious. I was able to get them to issue a refund. But that only solved a partial problem. They came and picked up the pizza. Go to other pizza places and support the multiple great pizza places in the area. I feel bad that I ordered from here many times. Nevertheless, this dominos location will not take this serious and will still output poor quality experiences.

Alright.. I think they got a new cook because everything used to be very consistent and now it’s different every order. I ordered my pizza and it had way to much cheese so the next time I ordered “light cheese” and I think the whole pizza has 6 pieces of cheese on it. Without cheese the sauce tastes more spicy or peppery idk. But this is not the first time. I alway order the same thing and within the last few months it’s different each time, there’s either hardly any toppings or hardly any cheese. Just sucks to get all the way home or get a delivery and find out your meal isn’t going to be what you expected and you can’t even order to adjust it because it’s different each time

I hate this Domino’s! Every time I go there’s a problem. This will be the last time for me.. When I walked in to pay EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE was **NOT** wearing gloves!! Touching the food at each station, each employee, NO gloves, just hands all over everything. I wanted to walk out with out my order and honestly I should have because I’ve taken 1 bite and that’s all I can stomach. Waste of money. Not only is this a MAJOR health code violation, but what about customers with allergies? Every single vegetable, meat,everything has been compromised.Gloves should be changed after EACH and EVERY order. And esp. with covid, the LAST THING I want to see is the people who prepare my food to be touching my food completely bare handed and unwashed. This is not ok. And from now on I will be spending the extra money and getting Bruno’s. Too many strikes on Dominos for me. I’m over it! If I could give them a zero I would but I guess they’ll get an undeserved 1. Oh and the tater tots are gross!

The photos I’m uploading are from two separate orders, delivered by two different drivers. The pizza was cold and the cheese was clearly stuck to the box. Pizza was so greasy, the grease seeped through the box onto the table. Other pizza places usually put something in the middle of the pizza to make sure the box lid doesn’t come down, and also put the pizza on wax paper or another piece of cardboard to catch the grease, I’d look into this. As for my pizza temperature, this Domino’s shouldn’t be allowed to deliver to West Springfield. That sandwich was OK, despite the fact that it wasn’t cut remotely evenly and there was just as much sauce inside my sandwich as on the outside. Since it was cut like that I probably lost a good 15% of my sandwich lol but it’s okay, I wasn’t too hungry that day anyway. One of the drivers, kid with dark curly hair, I think he drives a Subaru wagon, was kinda rude/dismissive, almost like he was upset that I ordered food in the first place lol. I tipped him $6 on a $12 order, whatever. At least both orders came made correctly, which is a problem I’ve experienced at other Domino’s locations. TIP TO READERS: Order here if nothing else is open and you have no way of getting to Cumberland Farms for a pizza, that’s why I ordered from here.

I never write reviews for fast food joints unless it’s very good or extremely bad service. Turns out its the latter. I order the same item since the past 1 year; Half cheese, half chicken buffalo. Whenever I had to order pizza, we choose this place as it is the most convenient and closest. Every time we ordered, there would be some miscommunication. However the last time we did, they completely threw us over the phone, saying it is unacceptable do half and half with chicken buffalo. I say, alright no problem, maybe I could talk to them to find out why, or what happened as they are not doing the half half anymore. I go there to pay, and I tell them that I have been getting my usual since over a year; I was just wondering what happened. The cashier just completely decided to ignore my question and asked me to pay right away; ignoring my question. They wanted us to take the pizza and leave asap.
