I mean if you want a messed up pizza with an entire slice completely bare instead of what you actually ordered, go for it. Called them and told them it wasn’t correct. She argued it was but offered to send another. Got sent one drowned in sauce. Pathetic. The second photo was the remake. They are doing something wrong to get that many bubbles in the dough. Oven is too hot or dough is too warm. Whatever the reason, I shouldn’t have to pay for it.

The last time we we got the wrong pizza and when I took it back to show them the assistant manager, Jerry, was rude and unkind. They eventually gave me a free pizza to make up for the mistake but he never apologized. I was as nice as I could be about it but was treated like trash. We will never go back. All the other employees were nice but Jerry ruined it for us.

The pizza was delicious and perfect, it was easy to order online and pickup. However we didn’t receive our sauces, not too big a deal because everything was good enough it didn’t really need it. It’s a brand new place so the staff is all new as well, so we expected some hiccups. The only problem is when trying to call and speak to someone. Sat on hold for over 40 minutes. Despite the phone issues, we still really enjoyed the food and will order from them again.

Ordering pizza from this store is like rolling dice. Night manager seem to be on drug and it’s not pleasant when a frequent intoxicated person takes their paranoia on a random customer. They are making your pizza and that pizza goes down to your stomach. There are multiple stores, please choose wisely, but this one should not be your choice. Thank you

Placed two orders, went to pick them up only to find out one of the employees had given my order to someone else. They knew of the mistake, didn’t have the decency to call ahead to inform instead of making us wait longer for the order to be remade. 1 too many managers, that don’t know how to treat customers. Online ordering was very easy! I love the updates from the tracker. It got here very quickly. We even got a surprise FREE, but they forgot to deliver it. A quick call and they said they would send the delivery driver back with it, no problem. Good first impression with this new business!

So on August 6th I ordered two large pizzas. Well they weren’t cooked thoroughly and I called the store to let them know. The manager I spoke to said their ovens probably hadn’t heated up correctly and then told me he was applying two free large pizzas to my account because of this. Today I tried to redeem those only to find out he never did. Thank you for making me waste not only my money but also my time. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Ridiculous

We ordered a pizza in June. It was wrong rhey switched it with someone else’s pizza. They were supposed to credit my account. Called today to get ordered and oddly my credit wasn’t there. On top of that the whole order they messed up is missing from my order history. The woman on the phone was rude. I asked to talk to a manager she said she was the manager then said she just looked at the manager and they said they can’t do anything. Then she hung up on me when I was talking. I guess everyone is a manager there and no one can fix a mistake.
